For the Glebe it reminds me of downtown Gatlinburg. there are lovely Shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, and coffee. I would like to eat Baklava once in my life . And video made me understand the meaning of the symbols on Canadian coins.
The cute market!! Every vegetable really looks fresh and testy! But I know that you must really missed the place that you grew up. The remembrance of every places “the Glebe, the market, and the house” Pretty much good place in Toronto!
Thanks for your comment. It was really interesting visiting there after more than thirty years away from Ottawa. It made me happy because this time I could share my past experiences with others.
Coins in Canada so cute because there have such a lovely animal in each type of coin. It’s interesting market there look has a lot of things/shops in there. Baklava look so good you’re make me want to try this. I hope Aj.Yudee will eat Baklava more crispy enough for next time lol. This video makes me know how to pay for parking in Ottawa, Canada. I really enjoyed in this episode.
They are pretty cool coins, aren't they? I have always been proud that Canada puts animals on them. And yes, Yudee got a crispier, less sweet piece of baklava when we visited the beaches in Toronto.
I really enjoyed this episode because it was like visiting the city with you and I liked when you took us to old places in the Glebe city when you were a kid. It was such a great memory. There were so many shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and bars. Moreover, I learned how to count Canadian coins, which your granddaughter explained so well. And I really want to visit the Biworks Market because there are so many art pieces, lovely shops, restaurants, cafes. It’s was interesting. Lastly, I want to try some baklava. ❤❤
Thanks for your lovely comment. Ottawa has always been my favorite city, mostly due to the abundance of parks throughout, but the neighborhoods are pretty cool, too!
Doesn't it, though? The emotions evoked by walking through the Glebe and the Byward market were powerful enough to create a deep feeling of nostalgia (one of my students actually used that word when reporting about this episode).
Must be a nice place to take a walk and do some sightseeing. 👍🏻👍🏻
It is! There has always been a lot of interesting things to do in these two areas.

We hope you can try baclava! It's such an interesting, delicious dessert. Glad we could remind you of your time in Gatlinburg.

This bakery offers a wide variety of breads, like it’s a bread lover's paradise.
Indeed, you could probably get any kind of bread you could think of!
