I don't understand why you don't have a lot more comments in your videos. I've been longboarding for almost 30 years, and I really appreciate you and your videos.
I guess the only explanation is because longboarding is a niche sport.

Hey mate thanks so much for answering my question. Yes, I have since discovered much more fundamental skills that I need to work on haha. In a recent photo of me during a bottom turn I realised I'm 1- 2ft away from the tail hence the buried rails. Lots to work on, but I really appreciate the detailed answer and I don't need much convincing to go shopping for a more traditional log.
I'll have to get a Glide T shirt once I get paid to say thanks! When I can eventually get some video footage of me surfing I'll line up a consult with you. Cheers mate!

The thing with the small waves and (shitty) waves especially, is to mostly just get ,,light feeted,,
Because many people get very stiff and work so freaking hard to get the wave and then don't give themselves the chance to enjoy the wave, and thats how they perform...
