I'm 39 and from (and in) the U.S. this is my second time hearing this song. I also like Once In A Longtime which I heard on a Canadian oldies station via the internet. The internet is a wonderful way to listen to and preserve music.
Oh how I wish 'Spark Of Desire' was available :( It was one of the records that got constantly played as my wife and I were dating 43 years ago....'Dreamboat' and 'Lost In A Love Song' were my favourites on the album.
thanks for postin a tune and id it for one i have here on tape/digital files from am radio times,do u know the artist ,canadian, not helen reddy.....who did "that ain't no way to treat a lady" from 1975 or so...thanks
I have been looking for a song for over a decade. I'm sure it was Chris Ward--Rolling Dime? Rolling Time? I remember a lyric "I took a walk out by the freeway" or "down by the freeway". Anyone know this? You'd be helping my sanity!
I have loved Christopher Ward since forever.....❤❤❤❤ Love this song...

Interesting song. Never once does the lead sing the lines No time to cry despite that being the name of the song. Memories of being 13 yrs old!

You are correct. I figured it out about six months ago and bought the cassette on eBay for $5. Thank you for responding.
