@@prima808 In this case its for sure maintained . Just for showing that private photo on table without even blur. Or mold on floor for later sell of mansion what can have influence on price, they can be sued for millions . Not saying about that they get into some one property without permission. It doesn`t matter how big the house is or beautiful. Crime is a crime. Even those shoes can be signed by somebody and cost thousands of dollars who knows. And if they disappear who they gonna blame. After this vid if some one will be influenced to repeat this journey with bad intentions.
Right way is asking owner to visit. And every one will enjoy the beauty of this house same way, maybe even with better shots.
@@ticktockgod9003 Bro its all fake as+sh+t. Nothing expensive there. Its all cheap fake materials.
This place is gorgeous! I really love this grand mansion! Awesome video & explore. ❤️👍👍🤘
Damn. This has truely got to be one of the cleanest abandoned homes that I have ever seen. Everything in emaculate condition.
Simply marvelous. Thanks for sharing guys.

Yeah, because it’s fake it’s not abandoned
@@sarahbeth1983 I'm curious why you call it fake? The drones clearly show the holes in the roof on the surrounding buildings and the main building might look clean, but it's sealed from the elements (for now), and you can see a layer of dust and dirt on certain floors if you zoom. Explain fake?
@@db9904ignore troll girl.
That was truly the best castle or mansion I've ever walk through, Thanks to your journey through it, it was truly an amazing & beautiful Experience, I can't imagine being that wealthy.🤭
Thank you again.
Can't wait till the next journey.👍🖖
2:17, the board on the gate said: there's surveillance inside, entry is forbidden. Whoever enters will take full responsibilty for the consequences.
Good catch👍💗💓😘
Very nice place. SAD it's left to decay.
I wonder how much the owner would want for it all as is. Definitely wasn’t expecting the inside to look like that
Probably it's a company that owns it, maybe like a Chinese holding company. It was such massive undertaking, it's hard to imagine one person owns it.
That's not a villa. That's a palace!
Yeah a villa is no more than a quarter acre, this is at least 1 full acre of livable space
Looks like the Scarface mansion
No dust or cobwebs or dirt anywhere amazing.... I wish I knew how these abandoned houses stayed so clean I'd love to use that trick in my house
I have never seen villas so royal, it's quite spellbinding and unbelievable.
The house interior is really really nice! straight out of Anime house, very dreamy...
While Americans are criticized for enjoying large living spaces and people are encouraged to ride a bike to work and save more energy by living in massive apartment complexes, I'm guessing this is what those behind the scenes intend to have for themselves.
This is China… why are you babbling about America? 😂😂😂
@@undefined69695 he literally explained it. He is stating other countries are hypocrites.
Beautiful, It would be great to see the project completed.
thanks for checking! Hopefully one day 🙏
That place is gorgeous !
🙏thanks you fore sharing absolutely beautiful place’s
so so sad for such a beautiful place
Hello lots of love from Turkiye! There is an abondened TV tower in Beylikdüzü, Istanbul named Endem TV tower. Yeah maybe it is not a huge space to explore but entering it or discovering what is on top (there is an abondened restourant on top) may be interesting also it is near Marmara sea so it has awsome view that worth to see. Someone has entered there before and post some shots but it wasnt detailed... Finally it is one of my dream to climb that tower so if you decide to visit that tower i would be glad to come with you. :) BTW also for advice There is an huge abondened orphange in Büyük ada which is a big island in Istanbul. It is i guess one of the biggest wooden building in the world, it can be interesting content. But some people who tried to visit there said, securty is big problem...
Looks very nice, love the floors. Kinda feels a bit more like a public building than a home, but it still looks very nice
It would make a good video to see this place cleaned up with all the fancy tools ❤
Feels like the Resident Evil mansion before the fitted all the puzzles...
Reminds me of Lady Dimitrescu’s castle from RE8 village
Would be a fantastic film set !
25 minutes to start I’m excited 😝
This is awesome!
Just because it’s got water coming in at the ground level doesn’t mean it’s cheap. Things can go wrong any where, reason.
The style and colours are universally beautiful, not dated. So lovely to behold.I’ve not seen a castle like it. It’s wonderful.
But so big. Who would live there?
Clean inside, no dust. They must be doing minimal maintenance rather than abandon the project completely. Then you see the water damage and rot...
No humans. no dust. Simple.
Hope you can also ask the local government for the possible reason on why the project was abandoned. A lot of viewers are really so curious about it knowing that the project is so grandeur.
Very definition of a Tofu Dreg. Awesome video.
Omg the bedroom and the hall way, also the room with two sofa alone seems incredibly fine and creepy
As an architect..... this is just phenomenal
.
The sheer amount of money thrown into the trash is amazing.
7:36 This is a good exemple of tofu dreg chinese construction...Fake castles, stone slabs on an empty metal frame
I didn’t expect this kind of architecture in China.
You see it a lot in the upper class buildings!
That house is amazing
The floor is still SHINING thats crazy
Aren’t there lots of abandoned large scale construction projects in China? I think I saw a few videos of abandoned structures and such.
Amazing video Bob! Thank You for all the hard work you do! Sorry for Elena, hopefully next time!!
It looks like an apocalyptic movie set.
this place is unreal..... absolutely insane......
I rented out a beautiful house for three years and the garden once pristine looked like this by the time I got the house back. I know how quickly a garden can return to jungle without maintenance. The amount of staff that this house will need to keep it in top condition. It is beautiful and scale and layout.
This looks completely weird. Why would anyone extra rich buy one of the copy-paste villas so close to one another? You can look in you neighbor's apartment, no binoculars needed.
They are deeply misguided as to how very wealthy people actually live.
Says the American dude who lives in the suburbs copy pasted
I had the same thought. Perhaps it was formerly government housing for high ranking government personnel to live in while in office.
Schemes to defraud investors and banks, no one will ever live here.
Money laundering from a criminal activity. This is the most average practice.
Omg YOUR LUNGS !!! TBE AMOUNT OF MOLD IS CRAZY 😮😮😮
The interior of that home seemed suspiciously clean for an abandoned property
It’s china Not California that’s why.
Its china, people rarely vandalise these places
Chinese people aren't Americans thats why
Home Run! It's astonishing how much money has been spent to get the project this far, just to have it abandoned. Not the usual derelict mansion.
Wish you guys would do more this is how much it cost. It is highly fascinating to see what people leave behind they chose not to take
Somebody owes our planet an apology. What a bloody waste of her resources! The fact that it's tacky adds insult to injury. :(
You should all wear masks!
Not just any mask but a respiratory mask!
@@djsoulfilter 👍
the mask he was wearing is completely useless.
I seriously can’t imagine the sheer consequences of jail time the Chinese Authorities and Penal Court System would impose on these trespassers for breaking and entering onto private property then posting the video evidence of their crime on TH-cam for the entire world to see. 🤦🏻
😂😅
As someone living in China for more than 7 years, I would say a humble apology and erasing the video footage would bail you out of this situation 🥳 China is not the USA
@
😂 wow!
lol prolly hired by insurers
Eu ameiii esse episódio!!! Boas festas querido 🎉❤ Que em 2025 vc me surpreenda mais ainda ❤
The problem with these projects is that the people who can afford them do not want to live so close to other people.
