That was my first and exact though when I heard built in china. If you deep dive down the Chinese construction rabbit hole, you will quickly find how bad things are. poor standards, no standards, corruption, defects, bribery, on and on. Imagine buying a mansion on Temu... that's the level you are playing on, fake everything. Untold amounts of lost money and lives have gone down the drain thanks to "Chinese construction" over there. Life and safety mean something completely different in that part of the world.

They do the same here in America when building a new area. Most places will have at the start what they call a show home. It would be a fully built fully decorated home. Most the time it will be the biggest home they offer or sometimes it’s all the homes they offer. You can just walk into them during viewing hours or sometimes by appointment. This was a great video and a awesome home. God bless you all and your endeavors.

Most model homes you got to across America are like that. The fruit in the kitchen aint real. That TV on the wall. Ain't real. Theyre in a model home for that neighborhood hence the community mini scale table so it's got all the bells and whistles but no liability of leaving wine out for a buyers child to find. There's actually a company that sells fake things to builders to stage their homes, fake laptops, books, ect.

Of course it's being maintained. There's no way the inside would still be in such spotless, dustless, and beautiful condition with no maintenance for 9 yrs! Just because no one actively occupies a home or property, doesn't mean no one still owns it. All properties are always owned by someone or some entity, whether it's a private person/company or the govt. Nothing is truly abandoned.

Or mold on floor for later sell of mansion what can have influence on price, they can be sued for millions . Not saying about that they get into some one property without permission. It doesn`t matter how big the house is or beautiful. Crime is a crime. Even those shoes can be signed by somebody and cost thousands of dollars who knows. And if they disappear who they gonna blame. After this vid if some one will be influenced to repeat this journey with bad intentions.
