I "fell in love" with Leo Wu as an actor in 'The Long Ballad'. It's one of my first C-dramas. WOW, he is becoming manlier and more handsome by the day, and being so young too. Zhao Lu si and Leo have set the world on fire in this drama with their super talented acting. Especially Leo's stern and brooding visuals. Add to it that slowly softening gaze while he watches Shao Shang - be still my heart ❤️❤️❤️

I love the comedy in this! Nothing beats Zhao Lu Si’s sense of humor & along with Wu Lei it’s just 10x better. But, on the other hand when it gets serious… their acting makes you cry with them 😭
I have never been more thankful for STREAMING because without if I would never have seen this masterpiece nor who rules the world another masterpiece. Love like the galaxy has set the worlds eyes and ears to China. I have not watched anything good since the end of Peaky Blinders a show made from my own country. Now I have been introduced to Zhao Lusi and I am enthralled she is one hell of an actress. The attention to detail the fight scenes alone are worthy of an Oscar. The acting from Shao Shang and General Ling is of the charts. The generals two side kicks I love them. Lusi and QIQI great acting Lusi drunk is hilarious. This series pulls you head first into an unforgettable series
I really hope it’ll be a happy ending. So far I really love the drama and I love both actors for the main characters. Since it’s still on,y the beginning of the drama so the pace is still kinda slow and not much interaction between both main characters, but around in episode 6, the pace slowly picks up. I’m really looking forward to the next episodes already. Im so glad they pick Lusi & Leo as the main Female and male leads, they’re perfect for this drama.
Yunno even if this is a tragedy I would still watch... Revenge arc already has me mentally preparing for a tragedy BUT these two actors make it worth while...

Even if it does end up with a sad ending I would still watch it til the end too cause I love the 2 main actors, and they really made this drama worth the watch. I just really hope it’ll be a happy ending for them, I just love happy ending more than a sad ending. I’ve been watching a lot of dramas with sad ending where the main couples doesn’t have their happy ending or it’s a open ending and I be like “what?! Nooo! 😭” I also just finished watching Who Rules the World, and I don’t want to spoil it for those who hasn’t watch it yet but all I can say is that the ending made me feel bitter sweet in a way, those who has watched it probably knows what I’m talking about, so I’m really hoping this drama will have a happy ending to it.
Long Ballad and this drama, his character is military trained and has such a fierce aura, love it. He played them both well, Leo is a great actor (just my opinion)
By far one of the best c-dramas (the other one is Ancient Love Poetry), and this is me saying it. I only watch the c-dramas one time with the exception of Love O2O and Ancient Love Poetry, but this one, Love Like the Galaxy, I'm watching it for the second time right after finishing watching it for the first time. I usually wait at least a few months to watch it again, in this case I ended the last episode and started seeing it again. This c-drama has everything and the best part? That the emperor, empress, and the concubine aren't like in th eother c-dramas they are actually done to earth. You all will love them. They are my favorite characters right after the FL and ML. This c-drama has love, comedy, death, heartbreak, crying, but must of all you can see maturity that you don't get to see in other c-dramas. This drama is a fresh breath of air.
Love Like the Galaxy is now my top # 1 of Chinese Drama. It knocked down The Romance of Tiger & Rose, The Long Ballad, and Dating in the Kitchen. This is such a great drama and I just don't want it to stop. Even through it is still on air, I want more and more of Zhao Lusi and Wu Lei together & Ling Buyi and Cheng Shaoshang together. I hope another drama comes out where they are once again the main couple. This is way too good. Top notch to the director as well- Fei Zhen Xiang you should win Best Director. He directed them in which we fell in love.
Finally I've found this teaser again. I wasn't very convinced about this drama until I saw this, and it intrigued me. And I'm so glad I actually watched Love Like the Galaxy, because it's one of the best I've seen, and I've been into C-dramas for 15 years. But this teaser does have some spoilers if you watch to closely, better to leave it aside after you start.
Leo wu is one of the finest actor in Chinese drama.. Never seen such a young talented,cutest,handsome and over romantic person like him..i hope n pray that he will always be this successful in his life❤
This show is fire!!! It plays different and I love it!!! It’s a very long drama (56 episodes) so it makes sense that it’s a little “slow”. However what I am seeing so far leaves me on the edge of my seat for the next episode. Right now Zhao Lu Si’s character is engaged to someone else and I’m impatiently waiting for that to get resolved so she could start her love journey with the general!!!

I am completely addicted to this drama! It's the first thing I watch every Tuesday, Wed. and Thursday mornings when I wake up! Wu Lei and Zhao Lu Si are definitely perfect for the roles! I know that they were both children actors but for Leo Wu this role was perfect. It is a complete story, some comedy but a lot of drama..she gets engaged 3 times, a lot of heartbreaking moments..happy end novel, not sure abt drams, just ep 6 released yet..
Fast pace isn't always good, when you watch C-drama, it's all about the culture and details and emotions and feelings, it is like a bottle of good wine, slowly kicks in, but the feelings and emotions last forever.
Love both actors, very good and wise paring by the producers/directors. Very good sale of the movie we just hope the story line is as captivating I know the actors will do a superb job especially Luci but they need a strong script.... can not wait i have summer vacation coming up and no plans to travel but read books and watch movies so it's on my list 🙃

This looks painful, i shouldn't have watched this drama ongoing . I didn't know they would go this sad and deep and depressing . Yes my girl is so smart and can handle any situation , but her new family member is gonna hurt her too and that's not something she can handle . Stop with the trauma plsss
But for you to achieve this sweet moments or touching moments, Ling Buyi, you should propose to her. At least introduce yourself properly without thinking less of yourself. We are ones who can't tolerate when you play hide and seek with your great affection.
