    When I try to read the file It stucks on "reading profile file..." message. Does anyone know what could be happening?

      make sure you follow each step exactly and check if your profile file extension is .prof or not. I cant think of any other reason for it to not work.
      Also, you can find the tutorial files using this link. check for yourself

      @@keirjrobson8719 Hi! I had the same issue and I think that I found a solution. You have to go to File/read-transient-table and then give the name of your profile file (without the .prof extension). Hope you it works for you :)

      Hi all :) great tutorial, but I'm having the same problem, just sticks on 'Reading profile file'. I've tried the suggestion 'file/read-transient-table' without .prof extension and it is still not loading, I would really appreciate any ideas or suggestions!

    I followed your instructions to apply transient boundary conditions as a profile. However, after a successful read of the boundary profile, it does not show anything under the hook. How can I apply this?

    Thank you Nazmul for nice video. I do every step like you but my version 19.1 fluent does not read the profile. Do you have any idea what is the problem?

    Is it possible to do the same with an UDF?

    • @NazmulHossain-nb4lc
      @NazmulHossain-nb4lc  ปีที่แล้ว

      yes. In fact, most people uses udf. I have a tutorial for udf. Maybe that can help you. I like profile because its easy to change and visualize.

    Hi, if vel is used for velocity, how about pressure?

      you can use any name it doesn't matter. Just make sure you have specified it at the right boundary type.
