Par sor hmme jo message aata hai wo 2 month piche ki salary ka aata hai. For example. Abhi number month ka salary aana chahiye par company ne abhi tak October month ka salary bbi nhi diya hai or mudad se September month ki salary ka justification messages aate hai. Aisa kyon or kya kar sakte hai.

I was abcent 5 days due to sickness Dr. Gave me 3 days sick leave, for 2 days abcent my company has deduted 6 days salary.
