Very practical. However from experience, damages, security, etc can eat into the profit. However, it is better than renting out the house per room to the general public.
@@ideationalist That depends on a couple of things. 1. How many of your competitors are charging deposits? If not, you may be hard pressed to fill your house first. 2. Location - 3. facilities. When someone is charging $195 per student. The student can pay bond and their parent usually understand paying deposit.
