    Recipe looks yummy - gluten free english muffins are tough to find around my small VT town - in regard to the temperature - you said it was body temperature - that's ususally 98.9 degrees F - but when I did the conversion looks like it was 86 to 89 degrees? Just wanted to make sure I understood - I don't know if I can get your gluten free blend here in the States but might try what I have on hand. There is only one kind I like Udis but the ingredients aren't the greatest, having celiac disease even though products say they are gluten free it seems often I end up sick with the symptoms of being glutened - I break out first and hits me intestinally.
