the Rising S brand might just be a cover for some other scam or fraudulent thing.. that's what I'm thinking. it does not make sense for someone building bomb shelters to not do their homework one bit..
I say that these customers get together and file a class action lawsuit against them for handing off a hazardous product that can actually hurt them instead of helping them. Also, for poor quality and craftsmanship. They should get at least part of their money back also since Atlas had to fix everything.
Well, also if they promise 1/2" walls...: That should be easy: Drill trough one, see it is much less and complaint that the contract was not fulfilled, right?
IKR! Like as bad as the aftermath world in Fallout! 😂 Complete dogchit! 🎉 Is there Zombies in that shelter?! 🤮 Let me drag you into this dumpster fire of a rusted tomb! 😵 Priceless! Bam! 👊
@Atlas Survival Shelters, Ron you should buy some property and put in some of your bunkers and turn them into Air Bnb! Just don’t get hooked up with air bnb, they are a nightmare. You’d make a killing if it’s in the vicinity of DFW. Guaranteed a money making deal and the best hands on promotion ever!
I think he was just there to talk chit and expose those rusted sunk submarine death traps his competition construct. And he did an excellent job of it! 💪Pure alpha move. 🎉 Priceless! 😂

Hey Ron, just wondering if you could make a really long ramp instead of stairs for this guy. That would make it a lot easier for him in the future if he was in a wheelchair. I realize that the materials would be a lot more due to the added length. I would also imagine that the door would have to be longer to make the angle. One of your bunkers is in my dreams…..
@@blankblank8110 True but It might not be too much in materials. I was thinking of a straight ramp. Might have to fire up the cad program to see how much length it adds.

Interesting thing about those doors those marine-grade doors you have when they replace one on a ship it has to be both pieces the door and the frame around it
Woe 😮you said it flooded a year after you filmed this! $300,000.00 TUB full of water 😬 Hope the guy sued them, plus got all his stuff out before it flooded! WOW ~~~He sure doesn’t realize the danger he’s had in that bunker due to PROPANE stove HE INSTALLED, and to think he’s allowed people in that bunker with MOLD 🤯
It is damn good to see you looking hale and hearty several years after your health issue! We need you above ground, so to speak. Have you ever installed a ramp instead of stairs for the bunker entrance?
@@blankblank8110 ADA says 1' of ramp per 1" of height. But a private ramp wouldn't need to be ADA. Triple the ADA incline and the total ramp would be 50', needing 25' of space if there was a switchback. It wouldn't be cheap but the guy with the 2 canes got me thinking. His next stop is a wheelchair so any stairs/ladder would keep him out of his bunker. Crank operated person sized dumbwaiter/elevator maybe?
I wonder what their better business bureau report looks like. every rising s owner needs to file negative bbb reports and write up bad yelp reports on rising s.
As a custom bunker builder in the UK by 13 mins in I was shocked at the sheer level of stupidity and lack of common sense, air inlets and outlet together, 2 small solar panels and 1 battery to run the bunker, they are too small as well, doors are at best security doors with no gas seals and opening inwards, not buried deep enough, water ingress, pvc pipe that will melt or break in a blast and the list goes on. Shocking and as for repairing them where do you start? From scratch rip them out. Absolute shocking, people's money and dreams shattered.
In my opinion, this needs a class action to better protect people with a view to improving RS manufacturing processes. Whilst I’m certain Atlas charges rectification fees, rightly so, I’m certainly glad they identify and provide rectification advice to these customers. Well done Atlas.
There is no fixing that mess... You need to dig them out, get rid of the concrete, and then scrap the rust, reweld, paint ... only to fix the water issues on the seals. Not even talking air, intakes, and so many more issues. And that is not even talking about the older bunkers with the non-confirm doors, etc. It will cost the price of a new bunker (probably more, that is also why often people prefer to tear down homes, and rebuild, instead of trying to fix them). Fixing the existing bunkers is putting a band aid on a gaping hole.
You would think it would be cheaper to pull out the garbage bunker and install a new Atlas bunker. I just don't see anything worth salvaging from these Rising S bunkers. That last one, WOW, a death trap. Go to sleep, never wake up again.
You should do an entrapment video. Evac /pioneer tools to force a blocked hatch. Bottle Jack mounting points to to attach . You could sell a kit / diffrent levels . In the event of catastrophic event it's likely worped or barried under rubble.
Has anybody got evidence that atlas shelters have failed? Somebody might say something without proof, but so far all i see is people saying he's casting too much shade on Rising S, which to be fair, the conditions of these are very much life threatening if you had to use them, even just to live in it for a week, and they need to be called out and sued. I've never heard of nor seen an Atlas take on water, get rusty, mildew, mold, bend, or break in any way. Granted not many have truly used them to live in, but still.
If I ever find the money, I am calling YOU! I always thought dooms day bunkers were just big coffins anyway, but after seeing this video and a few others of yours, my eyes are OPEN! Thanks for enlightening me!
They guarantee 1/4" and give you less. That is grounds for them getting sued. The family coffin that rising scrap put out is just not worth it. If they would offer me one for free, I would decline.

It is about location and ground prep. I don't care what you build if you put it in a swamp or water run off area it will always fail. The same with your air ventilation.
Even Collin furze his 1st bunker is better than any of these, and he's not even in the buesness himself. All these customers that have Shawty bombs shelters need to form together and do a class action lawsuit to bring in other people that have had Shawty work as well and sue them and put them out of business
Rising s offers the Swiss air filtration with hand crank. They charge more for it. I think in many cases the customer is opting for cheaper stuff. They offer less steep stairs. They offer fully welded 3/8 walls. They offer 4x4 exterior skeleton on 24 inch centers. They offer outwards opening blast doors. The one thing I haven't seen is downward opening sand filled escape hatches. I just looked their website over and see all of these things. I didn't see 8 foot ceilings offered. HVAC is the hardest part of building a house and it's the hardest part of building a bunker. You have to have a great sump pump system and drain pipes that drains everything under the bunker. I'm in an area where I'm down side of a dam Is there a bunker that will be completely water tight if there's a flood but also works if there's a nuclear attack
I'm convinced. I've been looking at your shelters for what must be more than 10 years now. I'm currently trying to find some acreage to get one. With the gamma-rays, yeah, the straight down hatch won't do much to protect you if you're standing right at the bottom of it. It's not fallout, however, only extremely high energy light that goes in a straight line and doesn't reflect pretty much at all. With that said, I haven't heard you mention neutron radiation, which can actually make objects radioactive themselves. I'd have to read up on the details but I believe if you would be close enough to be exposed to prompt gamma radiation, you're toast from the prompt neutrons unless you had a lot more earth protecting you. Of course, the threat from these types of radiation depend on the nuclear blast yield. For smaller nukes, you can die from the prompt gamma and neutrons, but for larger ones the certain death zone from the blast is well outside of the certain death zone from radiation. Meaning, unless you were much deeper down, a large nuke is going to get you with its fireball and extremely high pressure zone before you'd get sick from radiation. Fallout is what decays in several days' time, and may not even land on your property if the wind and rain is just right. A boron liner would do wonders for offering more protection from radiation. Ron in the video bunker number 8 with all the food and water and stuff and the propane in the bunker where do you sleep at I did not see a single place for a bed there's no room in the bunker that is why it's so important to have under the floor storage room
As I watched your worst bombs episodes I realized that I could actually earn properties by using my own money to rebuild and replace their present bunker for free as long as they are willing to barter with me and allow me or my heirs to keep the bunker and their house with the property when they pass away. Absolutely free upon their demise.
I don’t know why people don’t just build bunkers/basements out of poured/reinforced concrete, with the appropriate waterproofing/water attenuation means? Why pay someone build and bury an expensive steel box (that can only be built big enough to be transported by a truck) that will rust and rot within a decade? Makes so sense to me.
"Three crosses, does that mean you will die three times in your bunkers?" This was an actual comment on one of their videos. How are they not able to be sued? I don't understand that.
I get everyone in America wants a bunker but what I dont get is how do you know when the bombs fall your shelter will protect you for certain how do you know if a fault in the equipment isn’t present. I like the idea of them but to be fair I think I’d rather succumb to the bombs I’m unlikely to feel it as I implode and I’d rather that than the disorder that comes after it’s safe to come back to the top and that could be hundreds of years no bunker will hold that much food and supplies, great idea I live them just can’t see that everyone will survive fallout in one, it would be hard to test them or others
It's a shame people just aren't informed. I wish you could the country, world if possible to hear your company's story and policies. Hahahaha I'm SO glad I stumbled across you a few years ago, I know when the time comes your company will be the one we call for our shelter. No questions about that.
you would think they would have made prototype bunkers to test for a few months before realising guess their greed comes first instead of customer safety.
I've never heard of Rising S bomb shelters until watching this video, but I can say that I'm not impressed with the level of quality and workmanship that went into these shelters. At least some of them that are in good shape can be used as storm shelters, but it's another thing when you're trying to ride out the end of the world. Rising S will not get my business anytime soon.
Wow, I would be one pissed off mofo, I would be getting my money back or a new bunker, not from rising s or I would be using the bunker for bodies and covering it up for good, since you can’t use it anyway.. I always loved the craftsmanship of the work I see you guy’s doing.. And after watching this video and seeing the difference from you guys and Rising S, it’s like night and day..
That one bunker above ground that he’s looking at that he’s going to rebuild the outside for them… owners tell them you want your money back and if they won’t do it, sue them and make sure you take massive amounts of video and pictures so you can rock this thing in court. Cock they use caulking, unbelievable. Just sue and get the money and hire atlas and get it done right so you know your family will be safe.
It is so sad to see how these folks have put their trust in a manufacturer that just doesn't care. The investment is for nothing. I agree with the previous note...... CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!
"The leaking problem is standard on all Rising S bunkers." LOL. Savage!
your worried about a leak when an old ww2 500pound bomb could go straight through the thing? LOL
I can imagine how the owners feel after you pointed out all of the problems in their bunkers. They gotta be sick to their stomach and I feel for them.
When I hear Rising S I think septic tanks.
i think about satan worshippers .. Rising /sun/ satan ...logo turned upside down
I think septic is perfect cause they leak so just hook your sewage pipe into the bunker and tada you have a large supersize septic tank! 🤪
You would be better off in a septic tank than one of those Rising S death traps in a disaster.
How is Rising still in business?
That’s definitely the million dollar question.
the Rising S brand might just be a cover for some other scam or fraudulent thing.. that's what I'm thinking. it does not make sense for someone building bomb shelters to not do their homework one bit..
Probably has a deal with the government, the turnover information of who he builds for as he is a known FBI informant.
They are, and if you google earth it, it’s like in a tiny building
Good salesman
It would be really interesting to see an actual video (or even a series) of you fixing the bunkers for these folks

Are there any videos of your Platinum Series bunkers? Or are the images on the website conceptual?

Measuring radiation is in RAD or REM! Rankine is absolute temperature scale.

Money is your only real limit dude
Do those goofy zig zag steps actually serve a purpose?
You know, the state or government needs to close them down. Drive them out of business. Stop them from ripping people off.
The government is busy trying to sway elections.
Someone on another thread said rising s has a deal with the FBI to erase all the bad reviews in exchange for information on the clients.
How did they ship that one bunker? That alone is unacceptable.
