This is definitely by and far the best TF game ever created. They did High Moon and the fans dirty by twisting the third game into some sort of multi-verse uniting abomination.
Fall of Cybertron was the first thing that showed me there’s more to Transformers than just the Michael Bay movies. It gave me a new appreciation of the original G1 designs and made me realize that there’s so much more to do with the franchise than what the Bayverse had to offer. Can’t wait for Reactivate, and for FOC and WFC to potentially come back.
I’m so glad these games are getting attention again I lost my copies of these games awhile ago and I’m gonna be really happy if they bring these games back (hopefully)
I am praying that those games come back on the Xbox Gamepass, I really miss them, the story is SO GOOD, and it ties into Prime and the aligned continuity

i love how in FoC in the first act where you're optimus, you can LITERALLY SEE METROPLEX sitting there. but first timers would NEVER notice that untill he awakes. AND GOD what a scene that is all in itself
One of my favorite aspects of this game is just how...hopeless it makes you feel. The devs did an amazing job of selling the idea that this really is the last gasp of a dying world. There's people still fighting the "war" even though it's basically over because that's all the know how to do, like Megatron and Grimlock. You've got people like Optimus and Bee trying to hold the spark of hope for everyone despite not having enough. Every level just has the undertone of hopelessness. Fighting over scraps of energon, trying putting bots into cryo because they literally don't have enough supplies to save them, fighting each other just to get barely one step ahead of the enemy when both sides are just trying to survive the death of their world. It's a theme and feeling I've so rarely seen done so well in my opinion.
Just as you are: I am in love with this game. I was so excited to buy it when it was announced and I was not disappointed. What an incredible story and gameplay experience. Thankyou for bringing some light to this work of art
The last level of Fall of Cybertron is by far the best gaming experience I have ever had. As the credits rolled I was damn near shaking from everything. Perfect. I love it.
6:00 since the prime, cartoon and fall of Cybertron are connected, the lost of bee’s voice at the hands of Megatron is canon to both games and occurs prior to the events of fall of Cybertron, that being said, I also would’ve preferred to hear bumblebee‘s voice in fall of Cybertron
@@CoffeeLover42045 Aligned Continuity is anything but aligned. They contradict each other in almost every way. The show's writters didn't care about the games and High Moon wanted to make a modern G1. So no they are NOT connected! Just like RID and Rescue Bots aren't connected either.
Believe it or not, the Aligned Continuity was never meant to be one cohesive universe in the first place, people are just confused by the name. The whole thing was an attempt to unite all future Transformers content under one umbrella, give the franchise a set in stone template to make them more connected, like the back-stories between Orion and Megatronus being so similar in the Cybertron games and Prime cartoon. See, before the 2010s a lot of the previous shows were so different in both how they portrayed different incarnations of characters and who their names belonged to, they must’ve thought it was all too confusing and decided to make their Aligned Continuity to make sure all future depictions of known characters and events were more recognizable and consistent and less all over the place; more evergreen
One complaint I have for this game is that it is tight, especially for chapter 12. The final chapter worked so well because it allowed us to play many characters within short sequences, but man, they could've brought Bumblebee back in it and also given us a more in-depth view of the insides and outsides of both the Ark and the Nemesis. Like maybe more Aerialbots should've been seen in Jetfire's mission and additional missions could've been put in, like making the Aerialbots air strike on the Nemesis, then maybe have Cliffjumper fight the Combaticons in the Nemesis and stop the Decepticons from launching any more tow cables than Jetfire destroyed, have Jazz help pave Bumblebee a path behind the scenes, and have the final battle between Optimus Prime and Megatron fight not only on that small arena but actually explore the entire Ark as they dueled... But my two cents said they ran out of budget and had to make ends meet. Tis good, tis cool, tis badass, but could've been improved.
Ima be honest, this video made me cry a little bit. This game was my childhood, where other kids came home to play cod or halo, I was coming home and playing this. This was my first ever shooter and I wanna say I played it when I was like 8 sometime back in 2015. I rember getting mad because I got stuck on optimus primes level in the part where the introduced the big decepticons that jump around and you need to shoot their back. It took me weeks to finnaly do that only for me to get stuck in a later part where they introduced 2 of them. THEN I got stuck on the escort part of cliffjumpers level and rage quit for 4 months. Eventually I came back and beat it, and the rest of the game and god am I glad I did. I truly pray that if we get a remake that they handle it with the same love and care that was put into it. Thank you for making this video.
So apparently all the transformers game's are being released on gamepass thanks to hasbro i really hope that happens and we get servers back since im a xbox player
I played these games when i was young and didnt get to appreciate them fully then. I clicked on this video on a tf nostalgia ride. Love the vid and your script caught the emotional tone of the game. That Tf showed a franchise of robots who in some ways were more human than humans. The heroic sacrifices of the autobots and the constant backstabbing and plotting of the decepticons are two side of a never-ending falling coin. For those who fight for good, there are those who take for themselves. A struggle faced both internally and externally.
Fall of cybertron is easily the best transformers games ever made, love the grimlock level, that one is my favorite, I just wish we didn’t need to make grimlock mad to transform, but other then that, this game is a perfect transformers game, and I want it to rerelease on ps5 and Xbox series x/s.
When I was little every user name I ever had was Jazz just bc of this game. He was fast, funny, and smart and he wasn’t as popular as megatron and star scream or Optimus and bumblebee. My bsf loved grimlock and I loved jazz and i swear we based our life around them 😂 played jazz’s mission so many times
This game was my childhood, me and my brother were obsessed with this game, the gameplay and story were ahead of its time, and i still remember the multiplayer mode, all of the maps, and maxing out the scientist rank. It broke my heart when the multiplayer servers were shut down. They ought to remaster this game.

Forgive me if I've commented this very idea on many other FOC vids out there but I can't help but do it again. While playing as Optimus is the "correct" choice in the final battle, the reason why it's the correct one actually is explained if we play as Megatron. It is there we actually get to take the rage of Optimus Prime so seriously. When we play as Optimus, we see a wimp Megatron who transforms into his tank form a lot and barely tries to lash out, even in hard difficulty. When we play as Megatron, we actually see Optimus always rushing towards us because he's had enough of our psychopathy. Somehow, "This ends when I say it ends" has less weight compared to "It'll take more than you've got, Megatron."
Played and loved it. In my opinion, the best Transformers games out there and everyone who is a true Transformers fan needs to play these. It's a game I truly miss playing and I'm just so disappointed that High Moon sold the rights to it and we never got a true trilogy (that dark spark whatever rubbish does not count, no effort was put into that). War and Fall Of Cybertron I feel will remain one of my best gaming experiences and it makes me sad that we might not get to see another title like this again

In terms of PC performance, on older hardware there was a bit of loading here and there, most notably the final chapter when switching from Soundwave to Jetfire. On new hardware there is no issue whatsoever. I wish this game had more support put into it, more Escalation maps, more MP maps, and skins.

The reason why Starscream was going to let the autobots take the energon was for two reasons one because he himself was originally an autobot himself turned traitor two because Optimus prime killed Megatron and gave Starscream what he was wanting for so long to lead the decepticons. It's not hard to figure out why he told the combaticons to abort the mission he was paying back the autobots for making him leader
Ah yeah, the last mission. Still remember one of the autobots line about bruticus. Autobot grunt 1: I think we hurt him! Autobot grunt 2: You didn't even hurt his feelings!
11:00 Yes, i recall most people claiming chapter 4 was one of the most annoying, hard levels. I thought so too. I could never beat the guard at times so i used stealth as the mission is.
The Cybertron games were amazing, I think we might get these games back recently Hasbro said that they don't know where the games are but an Activision higher up stated that they haven't lost the codes and never did so we may get them back hopefully it's not just on gamepass and we get them back remastered on all consoles, add to that the gamer edition figures and it seems like may get these games back.

My Xbox 360 Tray Scanner stopped Working a Long Time ago so I wasn't able to Play both War For Cybertron and Fall of Cybertron ever since. I hope to one Day once I get enough Money to either get a New Xbox 360 or get the Disk Tray Scanner Fixed. My Time with both of these Games made me who I am. Mostly War For Cybertron. I had it since as Long as I can Remember. Took a While after Fall of Cybertron came out before I got it. But oh god. It was even better than the First Game. I just Wish I could Play them again. But I've moved onto different Games since my Xbox 360 Disk Tray Scanner stopped Working. I've Played all of the Halo Games, Elden Ring, all of the Arkham Games. It's Crazy how Much time has Passed. Idk if you noticed this because I definitely didn’t. But when Optimus is captured negation is in his ear for cybertron model and not his fall of cybertron model until he gets revived.
I still much prefer the war for Cybertron multi-player and looks, with darker tone and more dynamic gameplay, but the campaign on fall man... the campaign was perfect
Ehhh fall of cybetron. One of the best games that was ever made. Sadly i couldn’t experience this masterpiece earlier until i got my copy on steam this year. Price was high but its freaking worth it. Even if i see some little imperfections i still think its the best transformers game ever made and it will always have special place in my heart. Thank you High Moon Studios. Maybe you have fallen by Activision greed but your legacy will live on another 11 years. And who known maybe one day those games will be availbale again someday. I loved this game as a kid my dad had war and fall of Cybertron on his pc so to entertain me he let me have full reign of his pc and i played these games to death. my favourite mission has to be when star scream is attacking shock waves base then grim locks rampage. I also as a pc player I never had issues with the game the only issues i ever found was on the console versions(same with war for Cybertron)
I played this game over a dozen times on ps3 as well thank God i picked it up again on ps4 before they tokk it off the store thr soundtrack especially for combat is 11/10 I've I've download most of the soundtrack as well
i wish we got a sequel to FOC, its a HUGE cliffhanger that will sadly never (hopefully not never) be sloved, ik transformers prime is in the same continuity but i mean, its terrible as a sequel to foc, its great on its own tho
I think being released in 2012 hurt this game. This was a game that needed to mature and grow a player base but couldn't since next gen consoles came out a year later. It's a shame since a digital release of this was on the ps4/Xone stores in 2016 but poor marketing and being delisted shortly afterward. It didn't have a chance
I hope the games aren't exclusive to xbox these games should be brought back to PlayStation users and pc users i never played these games and im not going to buy an xbox just for 2 games
I agree that everyone should be able to play them but if they do come back only to the Xbox I hope it’s only a step and not the goal that’s why I’m cautiously excited for it.
To be honest it’s a must have you can wait for it to be cheaper but I don’t trust activision with these games or really any games lol so id say get it when you can.

I still much prefer the war for Cybertron multi-player and looks, with darker tone and more dynamic gameplay, but the campaign on fall man... the campaign was perfect
I honestly kind of agree I always thought the characters that got an overhaul didn’t need it and I severely missed the old designs especially optimus
This is still my favorite game of all time!

Ehhh fall of cybetron. One of the best games that was ever made. Sadly i couldn’t experience this masterpiece earlier until i got my copy on steam this year. Price was high but its freaking worth it. Even if i see some little imperfections i still think its the best transformers game ever made and it will always have special place in my heart. Thank you High Moon Studios. Maybe you have fallen by Activision greed but your legacy will live on another 11 years. And who known maybe one day those games will be availbale again someday. And maybe just maybe reactivaed will be good successor to this game. Overall Sarcasmic great Video and i am glad you gave this game justice and appreciation it deserves. What can say exept what Optimus says the best. Till all are one

I loved this game as a kid my dad had war and fall of Cybertron on his pc so to entertain me he let me have full reign of his pc and i played these games to death.
my favourite mission has to be when star scream is attacking shock waves base then grim locks rampage.
I also as a pc player I never had issues with the game the only issues i ever found was on the console versions(same with war for Cybertron)

I played this game over a dozen times on ps3 as well thank God i picked it up again on ps4 before they tokk it off the store thr soundtrack especially for combat is 11/10 I've I've download most of the soundtrack as well
i wish we got a sequel to FOC, its a HUGE cliffhanger that will sadly never (hopefully not never) be sloved, ik transformers prime is in the same continuity but i mean, its terrible as a sequel to foc, its great on its own tho
as someone who, for the last 12 years, thought of foc as the best transformers game, devastation is better

Played wfc for a solid 9 months before Fall came out.

I think being released in 2012 hurt this game. This was a game that needed to mature and grow a player base but couldn't since next gen consoles came out a year later. It's a shame since a digital release of this was on the ps4/Xone stores in 2016 but poor marketing and being delisted shortly afterward. It didn't have a chance

I agree that everyone should be able to play them but if they do come back only to the Xbox I hope it’s only a step and not the goal that’s why I’m cautiously excited for it.
If they come to Xbox a Windows release is almost guaranteed.
