- NUTELLA FILLED CHOCOLATE CHUNK COOKIES
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup melted unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup caster sugar
3 cups and 3 tbsp all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups milk chocolate chunks (cadbury dairy milk)
1 jar or Nutella (350 grams)
Preheating temperature: 180 degrees centigrade for 15-20 mins
Baking temperature: 180 degrees centigrade for 10-12 mins with lower rod on
Makes 10 cookies

This looks sooo goooodddd.. I made the fudgy brownies today and they turned out AMAZING. Believe me this was my first time making brownies and they were REALLY REALLY GOOD. I made them in my air fryer for 25 mins in total and they turned out exactly just like the ones u get from bakeries. The top was flaky and it was gooey from the centre

Yes, I keep it in the fridge so it’s easier to scoop out. You can use any chocolate of your choice.

Make sure to add the right proportion of flour. It won’t make them cakey.

How can we ordered your cookies?
I tried this with baking powder instead of soda. Substituted it with 1:3 ratio and the cookies turned out really good. Previously I had made cookies using another recipe with 33M views and they turned out to be so bad. Flat and crunchy. But these were very good.
