I like her for being humble. She's even surprised that she's the MVP. It's very rare for a libero to receive such recognition, as an MVP. Thanks to those people who recognized her impeccable performance as a libero.
Years past, and I still think that she's the best libero EVAH!!

That's amazing but I don't really get how Liberos can be the MVP. Someone tell me please
obviously, she was excellent in her position and nobody surpassed her in this league.
when your muscle is aching in agony and lungs is gasping for air and the ball is about to hit the ground... a liberos is your last defense on getting that very ball back up in the air
Don't look down on libero’s like that🙄 any player is worthy to get an MVP award REGARDLESS of the position they play. libero, and setter are the two hardest positions to play these two positions have a specific role in a volleyball team. Libero’s are supposed to be the best passer with the most mature, calm and collective mindset on the court in times of pressure. Yuko Sano displayed phenomenal salesmanship on the court no matter what the score was and no matter what team she was playing even tho they were blocking her team everytime or hitting ten foot her mindset was to get the ball up, and get the ball up she did. A libero can be an MVP because the libero is the fire that ignites the team

@@angelbenjaminmartinez4491 Hi, I'm not looking down on liberos. I love liberos and setters, I'm a libero, myself, in our college. it's just too unusual for me to see liberos that are mvp. I thought MVPs are determined by the points garnered. 😁
