      @@jaspercain1691 ....... For your information there are plenty of serving and former Police who despair at the poor conduct and unprofessional attitude of many Police shown in these videos, and policing in general. If we had been seen wandering up to someone with out hands in our pockets the revving we would have received from the Station Sergeant would have made our ears bleed. Policing itself is actually pretty easy as everything is written down and you just have to follow those directions, and always remember that actions that are not legislated as unlawful are therefore lawful and of no consequence to the Police.

      So when they return to their station, they can show that they have actually 'done' something. Many years ago, a good friend of my wife decided to join the Police force, and she eventually went out on duty on her own. When she returned to the station, they could not understand why she hadn't arrested anyone. She told them that she didn't come across any problems or persons that warranted anything approaching an arrest. She resigned shortly afterwards.

    Miss/ Sir. You and whomever behind that gate has been trained for situations the police would have to deal with yes? If yes then would that mean if they were afraid or concerned of a ordinary man walking about with a camera, which by the way Google go around in a car snapping pictures and video too, then would that not mean they have not been fully trained?
    Police officers should be trained adequately so that they can control their emotions and remain FULLY non biased towards situations they are in.
    Reggie please try saying this to them at least once. I am genuinely intrigued to hear the response.

    The weasel of a woman taking unlawful photos of members of the public from the secured site of a police building and failing to identify should be disciplined done solely to intimidate, hope you did a Subject Access Request to find out if she uploaded this to the Police Computer system and for what purpose.If she was retaining it for personal use she should be referred to Occupational Health as her sexual motives could be a danger to the public,Couzins & Carrick spring to mind.She failed to identify as well very suspicious.
    Gangbangers never alone always need more than one to approach a man with a camera on a public street,workshy cowards.Dumb constables,failure to identify, wanting to know private personal information,inferring the taking down of car registration numbers, querying why he wont give up personal information then covertly recording a member of the public in a public street commiting no crime.Only crimes committed were by the constables ignoring police policy and GDPR re BWV recording.Now they want to view peoples written comments what are they publishers amature editors, asking for details to check him out for a non crime,what a pair of bulling muppets, always worried about everyone's CONCERN including their own.With the parting shot to either annoy or alarm you "you may be spoken to again" these two really are advertising that the police in this station have so little work to do that they will continue to waste taxpayers money investigating non crimes.Chief Constable will have real trouble securing any request for additional resources as he has a workforce unfit to carry out their duties currently.

    *What's so strange is how much time, energy and effort UK cops waste by talking to a LAW ABIDING CITIZEN. Why? I also find it intriguing how much UK auditors will converse with law enforcement as opposed to those of us across the pond. Why do UK auditors do this? Are you required to talk to the police in the UK? I highly doubt it so why get into a discussion with them? The typical LE tactic is specifically that - to get people they're investigating to talk....about anything but to just get them talking. It tends to put people at ease which gets them talking even more to the point they might just say something that incriminates them so they can take them into custody. It's really best NOT to talk to cops at all. If they approach and engage, be pleasant, ask if you're detained and when they say NO just walk away.*

  • @markbray2988
    @markbray2988 ปีที่แล้ว +3

    Wanting to obtain a person's details isn't a new phenomenon. When I was about 12 years old (early 70's) I vividly recall a police constable approaching me and asking me for my name and address... I wasn't doing anything illegal but fearful that he might contact my parents I gave him a fictitious name and address. He told me he was going to check out my details, I asked why and what for? and he said that he needed to know who everyone was... (I was just a kid walking home!) If it happened today I would have probably been detained and unlawfully searched on suspicion of bugger all.
    What is a fairly new phenomenon is the paranoia the police have regarding the public! It's completely off the scale and completely unnecessary but it's paramount they capture your details even when you're doing nothing illegal. Thankfully the law says otherwise. Great content as always Reggie 👊🏻👏🏻
