One thing that works for me is to have ONE specific sound track (set of music/songs) that calms me. I keep only that set of music on an old apple nano shuffle so i can wear it as a constant sound track whenever I am not able to use games/visual distractions. So when I am walking through crowds, waiting in line etc, I can still use one of my best calming tools.
@@missmaryblack1990 well it is not always the same track, but once I start with one, I usually stick with it for many hours or the full trip. I love to listen to hard techno, the track I had most on repeat lately was "Sara Landry - Legacy" but I also listen to relaxing music at times. It depends on my mood. My most played track must be "396 Hz Liberation from Fear Source Vibrations" on Spotify (it is a solffegio frequency, google the topic if you don't know it yet). Another track I'm listening to on many trips is Max Richter's "On the nature of daylight". And "The four agreements, Martin Roth Beats edit". I have it all downloaded on Spotify. Another favourite is "Weightless - Marconi Union" (it is the most relaxing song in the world, do google it). And "Moby-Porcelain" when I need some holiday mood (it screams Thailand to me).
@@eprohoda Checking out your channel now. Wow! Incredible. Love aerial / drone footage. I have some Ukrainian ancestry so it’s always interesting to see the landscapes.

What distractions do you bring to the airport with you?
Mobile games that work offline? 😊
