Khloé Kardashian is not ruling out marriage, she revealed in a new episode of The Kardashians. The 39-year-old Good American founder opened up about exploring a long-term relationship in the future in a scene on the Thursday, June 20 episode. Sitting down with her best friend, Malika Haqq, Khloé admits that, as a public figure and a mom, she wants to be cautious about approaching dating. "It's a scary world out there - there are cell phones everywhere," the reality star began. "I think what I've been through is a factor in why I don't just say, 'Let's start dating again!" Khloé went through a public breakup with her ex, Tristan Thompson. The two co-parented their children, True and Tatum Thompson. However, after dating since 2016, the 33-year-old NBA player fathered a child named Theo with Maralee Nichols in 2021 while he was still in a relationship with Khloé. Towards the end of that year, a paternity scandal surfaced, effectively ending his relationship with Khloé for good. In the latest episode of The Kardashians, the mother-of-two further said that she doesn't "want to mess with my kids" by starting a new romantic relationship. "So many things have happened that could potentially mess them up that I don't want to add to it by bringing someone new in because so far, people have been so disappointing," Khloé added, before adding, "I'm not going to open up like I once did, but I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I also think that's what growing up is, you learn to protect yourself." Despite her hesitancy to date, the Keeping Up With the Kardashians graduate says that she is still open to getting married again in the future. Before dating Tristan, Khloé was married to her ex-husband, Lamar Odom, from 2009 to 2016. "I can't give up now, I'm not even 40 yet!" she said. "Someday, I'll get married again, I love love. I will get my fairytale. I know someday it will happen, but I'm not there now." When responding to an off-camera producer about her family members saying that she needs to "get out more," Khloé concluded, "I like to share my life with me, with my kids. I don't need anyone. When I'm in a place where I want to date, I will. And trust me, if I like someone, I will make it public."
