J’aime les explications de chaque élément technique qui présentent, dans un contexte de cour rayon, les conséquences et les causes de chaque point clef de ton vidéo. Encore bravo et 🙏 merci
Love this new format! It's very helpful to have the voice-over/commenting instead of "just" beautiful ski runs! Apart from your own channel, I love the work you do/did with Projected Productions (Legacy is amazing)!
Great skiing technique demoed there! Love the early edge engagement and flow. Nice dynamic smooth linked turns. Looking forward to your following videos. Love your style Richi!
I have been an expert skier for yrs...shoulder steer has been my weak link until crazy canuck dave irwin noted..just don't move your shoulders..so simple..I couldn't believe the difference..once the head and shoulders are as one the lower body now steers under my upper body..I now use the counter rotation energy build up instead of waisting it...this is an overlooked condition by many instructors..thx
When you achieve reverse camber in an aggressive high speed giant slalom carved turn and you release to transition and spring to your next turn you can literally leave the ground!! The springing and unspringing of the skis let you achieve that full float. Except for a full tuck and natural compression air there is no sensation like it in skiing! Believe it or not with the right snow conditions and years of practice one can also do that same turn on a snowmobile! It’s a joy to watch you ski! Your aggressive fluid motion is natural poetry. Please do a slow motion portion on video on that particular floating and show your viewers how the racers really ski! Thank you, Roger Eshelman
Thank you for posting videos like this: very insightful. In the video's it can be seen that you push / extend to release (using the up-inward movement). However, in the last part of the video (key points) it seems that you flex / retract the legs to release. Your center of mass stays lower as well in those pictures. Can it be that the pictures are from a different run?
@Niki13384 Try not to stop the turn before you start the next.Start the next turn from the turn you are in.Link the turns together. With your ability you can do anything.
Super style, super elegant - Super Richi !!!
This the the type of skiing I take as a model. Just perfect. Dynamic, fluid and elegant.
Gracias por la claridad de la explicacion y demostracion!!

Flex/ retract the legs to release is dynamic skiing ... Harb ski systems ... Rich Berger is one of best skiers on the planet
Hello Richard!
I am Macky.
Do you remember me?
I look forward to your skiing video lessons.
Do you differ between short radius turns and high tempo.
