Completely agree. I love Samsung tvs so I followed suit and purchased all the rest of my appliances with Samsung. The range and dishwasher have been great but the fridge and washer have been horrible.
Samsung is TRASH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I have 3 TVs, a Washer, a Stove, and a refrigerator, all Samsung, and they are all defective. All 3 TVs have spots on the screen, and they take forever to connect and upload applications. The refrigerator keeps getting frozen and it will stop cooling. This happens because the insulation in the back is too thin. So, heat keeps getting into the cooling system, and it freezes it. The stove's digital panel is going crazy, and one of the burners is not working. The washer...I have to disassemble the freaking thing every month to clean it under the drum because it gets moldy and nasty. The only good thing Samsung makes is their phones. Everything else is TRASH!!!!!!!!
My GE front load washer motor went out within 3 years. $1,000 buck machine! Horrid customer service. Bought from local appliance store who said it was “great”. Looking for new machine. Talked to 2 Amana washer owners who said their machines are still running with no repairs at over 10 years old. That is much cheaper than the Speed Queen, Miele, and Electrolux washers that come recommended. It is also important to know if your chosen brand can be serviced in your area.
