So happy to hear about this. I bought stock in Sept and sailed on Carnival in Dec but didn't know the OBC then. I do now, I sent in my form and certificate and am set for my sailing on March 12th. Now is a good time to buy it's at $19 a share. I figured it will go back up eventually esp when we sail at full capacity probably in 2023. Thank you

Better read the small print on the Stockholder policy. It ALSO states it doesn't apply if you get a "reduced" rate. This means that if you take advantage of the emails Carnival sends you if you belong to their loyalty club that offer lower cruise rates disqualifies you from the on board credit!! (happened to me!)

what is the best way to show proof of purchase?
So, we cruised with a casino rate. Still payed, but got 500 OBC. I wonder if we can add the 100 dollars on ours.
What are your thoughts about booking your next cruise while on the ship? That usually includes FCC as well as reduced deposit.
We did that on our last cruise in 2019 and using it for our upcoming Caribbean cruise.

Allison, on the Enchanted Princess, why did they change the name of Alfredo’s Pizzeria to Gigi’s Pizzeria?
Hello Paul, I have looked and looked and I cannot find any information on why they changed the name. Maybe someone who has been on the Enchanted can comment and if it’s exactly the same as Alfredos or if it is different. I will also ask that question in our Live next week because people come and they can share their experiences with us. I hope that the food at Gigi’s is as good as it is it Alfredos because I love Alfredo’s too. Thank you so much!
Allison, how many formal nights are on a 10-day cruise?
Hi Paul, On both of the 10 day cruises we have been on there were 2 formal nights but both were port intensive cruises. I will look through the Patters on our website and if I see any for 10 day cruises with 3 formal nights, I’ll let you know. I hope you are doing well! Thank you!
I just bought 100 shares and submitted all information to Holland America World Cruise Reservations. I faxed it and e-mailed it (just in case). How long will it take for me to find out that it was approved? Also, how will I find out? Will they email me? Will be cruising HAL on May 22nd. This is my first time doing this.
Once all info was submitted and approved for my upcoming cruise, will I need to re-submit all documents again for another cruise in the future?
@Mig Herbert Hi Mig, It usually takes only a couple of days. I just usually check my account and you can see the onboard credit added but if you don't see it, call them. Yes, you have to submit the documents for every cruise. Thank you!

@Karen Frase The page the link takes you to contains all the information you need to be able to submit your information for the onboard credit. It lists the information you have to include and the fax number and email address for whichever cruise line you are submitting the information to. :) Whenever I do it, I just write the required information on a piece of paper and fax it or in an email and email it to them. Thank you!
I have six pages from e trade on the stock, do I fax all the pages?
@@Yoly60 No. Cross out all your accounts except for CCL. Cross out your account number and the money value of the totals. My page looks a mess by the time I am through. Also, make a copy of whatever you send them and take on your cruise with you. I have had a couple of instances where they did not receive my paperwork. I then go to guest services and then they forwarded it. By the end of the cruise or before, the money is there. Good luck!

No, it continues. They always show an end date and then they always extend it.
I have 80 stocks and my hubby has 20 stocks ,and we are both travelling can we still avail this?
