Love the way you break things down and explain them. I really enjoy a lot of the other content creators but it feels like you are probably the most in touch with the lower mmr grind and its clear in the way you walk through concepts. You cover a lot of stuff that is 'common knowledge' but do it quickly enough that it doesnt slow down the content. Keep it up man!
Thank you for this one! I main treant and I found your channel just a few weeks ago. Turned around many games just because of this hero. Super informative video!
Man some of the best times I've had in Dota is Meteor Hammer invis Treant. Lower brackets are great because you can basically do whatever you want once you get them. Chillest gameplay
ty so much for this informative video going to start playing ranked and i enjoy 5 i finally understand the basics of leveling certain skills of others and know which skill would preform better then the rest in lane
Good video! Please make a video about disrupter support soon! I am a new player and started playing this hero and he feels really strong but i want to hear your thoughts on builds/ items/ spell usage
Tree's Aghs Scepter is GOD at low MMRs. People just don't counter it at all. No trees are ever chopped down. One time I played Pos 3 Alchemist and got our Pos 5 Tree their Aghs just before 20 mins, and by 40 mins we had full map vision. Beautiful.
Treant is not new to me, but, after watching your guide, I played a total of seventeen matches so far. The result is 14/3, and I went from Archon 4/5 to Legend 2. Ty.
haven't played for a while but there was a unique interaction between his shard and dust of appearance that if hit with it, it disables his passive and makes the hero stuck in trees.
Interesting, I don't remember that! Dust does 25 damage to invis heroes that get revealed, I wonder if there was a weird interaction that broke his passive even when it's not supposed to
He seems alright. Map is bigger with trees so that's kind of nice, but the lotus pools pretty much removed an entire section of trees for his laning stage. I haven't seen him very much and I've been trying other heroes so not quite sure where he stand yet
I don't play too much pos 5 melee but tree Is op right now, got to be better at him. Thanks Zquixotix, I think the starting item explanation is going to help me a lot xd. Everything else I already knew tho copium
For example I like to get Aghanim Scepter on Treant more often when I get neutral item Philosopher stone, I know its just more afordable all of the sudden
You said nothing for the Q skill but it does 50 more damage if it touches trees. This is about double. You always want to cast it out of trees or going into trees to get more value.
Wait I thought I'm the only one playing Treant like this. Everything is just so me, back in the days when greedy people automatically build tranquil boots, meteor hammer. Instead, I'm a holy locket abuser, when it was op af (with arcane boots and blink).
Bro you are a God. I just got back into DOTA and only play support but even then my hero pool is pretty abysmal so I decided to start playing Treant thanks to you. 18 games so far and a 77% win rate, not too shabby!! TY for the great content.
@@phynyxsound you definately have the bigger balls to say definate win from items like vanguard and pipe based on enemy team. It's one of the funniest thing I've heard 🤣
Haha I think about that when I use the word. Colloquially, I think it fits since people will understand it. But technically, what is a word for something that grows at more than a linear rate but not actually exponentially?
@@ZQuixotix if you want to be cool, you'd say superlinear (or supralinear). Colloquially, I'd say that the scaling is accelerating, or multiplicative (since both duration and effect strength scale), or simply that it 'scales much more [than other abilities]' but yes i agree it doesnt bother most people, just a pet peeve :P

Beginner player here and I'm maining Treant right now because of your recommendation. Thank you!
Stay near the trees my friend, if you're in them the enemy team can't hit you out of them
This guy is sooo gooood, broooo you deserve more subs! Thank you so much for the guideee, i love your videos sir 🔥🙌

Love this guide. Thank you. On a 3 win streak currently with him after watching both your vids.

Thanks for being so AMAZING
Awesome guide. Thank you!
Very good! Keep it up man!
top quality content

Wow
I love that hero hahaha we used to call him the walking tower hahah because of his high damage right click
the ult canceling sound joke made me sub lol.

Do you do coaching?
Lol exactly at the right time. Played him last time was 2007. Dota 1. And was looking for a guide for him
I 100% agree with core item build of stick, arcane boots, shard and blink.
Gonna need to redo this one. Treant a good support these days?

The regen from mangos amped by tree's passive is so strong in my bracket it feels unfair. 6 mangos and an armor ring and you are damn near invincible
Love this! Do this for other 4/5s, like the best hero in the game, Omni! ha
Exactly what I need
golden info ma bro!
can you do brewmaster pos 5?
Hi mate, in the ingame-guide the lvl 8 living armor is missing which makes skilling broken afterward. Please fix it! It's a great guide after all :-).
Great vid!

It's the only thing I could help you with lol
For example I like to get Aghanim Scepter on Treant more often when I get neutral item Philosopher stone, I know its just more afordable all of the sudden
I've seen a lot of pos 5 players even get tango boots at start of game, and with rune gold buy more stuff
I usually rush aghs if i have a spirit breaker or natures on my team. I'd argue its pretty essential

One of my favorite heroes thematically, but I’m even more garbage with him than my average. Excited to check this out and improve!
Bloodlust, liquid fire/liquid frost effects towers.
Nice i mainly play support and hard support
I love strength supports like tree or undying. Too bad there aren't many options
Tusk and tiny are quite similar
on a 14 win streak with treant, thanks zach :)
You're doing better than I am! I think I gave you too much of my Treant power, can I have some back
@ZQuixotix haha, that was before I watched this video too from inspiration from your previous treant videos. So I'm certain the streak will continue.
Commenting for better reach

I kinda miss old living armor :(
I loved it back when it just healed a tonne.
I got win streaks with this guy hahahha

Fresh ideas,
It doesnt cancel CM ulti when she has a shard
I hadn't noticed that before!
start with a bracer and get a vanguard into crimson or hood into pipe based on enemy team. Its a definite win.
Wut a noob thing to say

I'm disappointed you didn't mention radiance.
time to practice tree twerking
6.5k in NA is like 4.2k In EU but without Russian 10k smurfs
i like treant; but i prefer abbadon >.
Can you Coach me and curse me when Im bad? I miss my dad cursing me when Im bad at things. Lol
Is this guy immortal?
he is immortal in real life.
pet peeve: please stop saying exponentially when you mean 'a lot' (3:40) 😅
good video otherwise :D

WRONG ! There is only one reason to level to max living armor before leech seed and there are infinite more to go leech seed first
Even in your video at minute 4:45 if you had Leech Seed at max level none of your teammates would have died =)))
shit hero. i main him since dota 1. i still play him but he;s borderline unplayable right now
Excellent breakdown vid thx for sharing
