    I can see that the college itself doesn't pay the athletes in terms of raw dollars which could lead to severe imbalance between athlete programs due to affordability, but not even allowing the athletes to market themselves to sponsorship deals independent of the college it is ridiculous. Athletes should be able to be paid through scholarship and the ability to go to school, but they shouldn't be prevented from going out and finding more ways to make money on their own.

    Coach K makes $9Mil and Saban makes $11Mil annually to coach, REALLY!!!!!!!!! Who's generating that kind of money but their should be a cap on what colleges can pay a coach, and that cap would be no more than $3Mil and that might be to high!

    These athletes make billions for these colleges , the coaches get multi million dollar contracts ....pay the players now!!!
