I got a strange habit of talking to myself. Everyday for few hours, I lock my room and I just start talking to my myself. What I do is that I assume people asking questions to me and see how would I answer them. Or sometime I think of my future and I advice myself. This really helps to be more social and I feel like I have a better companion.
The only habit I ever want to build is consistency, I think this is the core of all the habits, without consistency no matter how hard you try your habits cannot last. As a college student, I have suffered from this a lot, in my first year I planned to explore as many fields as possible but it couldn't last for more than a week or so, during the first week we easily learn out of curiosity but after some time the consistency part kicks in. I plan to get consistent by showing up, which means even if I am not in a mood to workout I will just do warmup and a bit of cardio and that's it. As you mentioned in the video 80% success is showing up so I am gonna do this from today onwards and thanks for this video :))
I am so glad I discovered your channel. You are one of the very few people on the internet that I'd voluntarily have influence my life. Your videos are super helpful and I absolutely LOVE the vibe you exude. I have trouble falling asleep and I've started reading at night,it really helps. The Midnight Library helped me get out of a rut! Thanks a ton!
ONE HABIT I WANT TO BUILD RIGHT NOW IS Reading books consistently. In the beginning of the year 2021 I had made a resolutions of reading 25 books by the end of the year which was one of the biggest thing for a beginner. In the beginning I was consistent enough to complete Peter Thiel's "ZERO TO ONE". But after that I lost my consistency and couldn't be able to complete any books. I start with one book and try another book within few days. So now I have decided to start a new book and will complete that book at any cost . Reading just only one book made me realize and idealize many things related to business. This reading makes you to think differently from others. So this video made me just start a thing a complete it with consistency..THANKS
To not be angry at my parents for small things like not understanding technology and asking me the same things again and again about how to do certain things in smartphones. Because I love them and they have done a lot for me and they had patience while teaching me stuffs when I was young and I don’t want to regret after they are no more.
I started going to Boxing practice last march. I have no high expectations and my only motive was to stay fit and to get rid of my lazy evening routine with a smartphone. But seriously this habit boosts my confidence a lot and makes me more assertive in my actions and decisions. Before that I had a slight hesitation in saying "No' to people. But now I can do that without any second thought. I become more stable and firm in my decisions. My mental and physical health has improved well after I started inculcating this habit in my life. I suggest everyone learn any martial arts or boxing as an alternative to hitting gyms. It will give you a much different perspective and mould you to deal with ( attack or defend) some crucial situations in life both mentally and physically.
The habit I want to build is to ENJOY MY SOLITUDE. We are so scared to stay alone. We seek validation from external sources. We always feel the need to have a company. I am going to try (and enjoy) eating alone in a restaurant, go for shopping alone or maybe stay alone in my room and enjoy the silence as I think about who I really am.
Slowly developing a habit of understanding that a person's behavior has more to do with their own internal struggles than it ever did with me... Their perception of me,is the reflection of them and my reaction to them is the awareness I have of myself. Realising the same, had made me more forgiving and less judgemental🌻❤️
One of the habits for me is just watching sunrise and sunset every single day. It might sound very simple but this is one of the things that makes me happy daily, it excites me for some reason. Witnessed 125 sunrises and 134 sunsets till date in this year, and I know the answer for a question which Google doesn't know 😝 Most beautiful sunset of this year until now in South Chennai? It was on June 13, 2021. I was inspired to do this because of many things but one important spark is the conversation between teo woman from the movie 'Wild' which goes like this - "There's is sunrise and sunset everyday and you can choose to be there for it and put yourselves in the way of beauty". It hit me hard and was in my mind since last few years and finally started to do this while reading 5 AM Club. It's a converging point of a book and a movie for me😄
the one habit that iam trying to do is staying close to people who i love and care the most . Iam trying to get closer to my mother ,father and my sister so that i can have more happiness and understand lives of them and how can i learn from them .Another thing iam calling those close friends of my who i lost contact and try to catch up with them . We must talk to our family and friends more beacuse if we have a problem or something that we are not feeling well or something that in our mind hunts us we must find a person who is trusty worthy and can listen to our problems . If we have person who can listen to our problems and our thoughts its really wonderful. We must also do the same thing we must try to build habit to became good listner . Just by listning to some person we are doing great help them .
This book has been the single most effective self help book in my life, as I am the kind of person who cannot stick to any long term goal. I can totally related to the getting into a new interest and getting bored of it right after! Love the vibe here!
The habit that I am building right now is to set a time for each task. Until the last month, I usually set the list of tasks at night, that has to be completed on the next day. It will include my work-related tasks, my personal tasks to do, and most importantly a new thing that I need to learn today. It can be a concept or even a meaning of a new word. After starting this habit, I understood that time is more manageable if the planning was correct. Many told me this will be a huge failure to set time to do some tasks, but really this is so awesome after practicing for some weak. Initially, it was really painful, because, none of my tasks planned was completed in the time that I set. So I started allocating more time than I believe is necessary. After continuing this I was able to reduce the time for each task. Practicing this was making my mind so happy because right now I was also able to track the tasks that I had done and to be done.
The habit I'm trying to build is "me time". People spend lots and lots of time with others and other stuff and doesn't even take time to observe what they are what their heart says....what's going on through their head and more. Our mind's filled with the thoughts others imprint or implant within our time Spending time with oneself talking to ourselves would improve ourselves and make us live and lead a better life I'm trying to spend one hour everyday to talk to myself, observe my thoughts and spend some time with myself. So that I could dettach from this world for a moment and attach to my own world and change myself for good.
I have been trying to enhance the sense of gratitude within me ...trying to find happiness in the very small things in daily life and feeling grateful for that
The one habit I'm trying to build is simply having a well thought daily routine. Which includes waking up early to soak in the Sun, exercising regularly, reading, reducing the hours spent on the phone, and meditating. These things genuinely give me a lot of happiness. There have been very few days I have actually been able to uncover all these little habits, those are the days I am extremely energetic and content. Since I have realized that doing these simple chores brings so much happiness to me, I have been trying to incorporate these into my daily routine. Somehow, I have been struggling with my consistency, ever since. My morning task of waking up early is a major tussle for me. I have gradually been trying to build a night routine of reading, meditating, and then sleeping; but have not been consistent with it either. I am the kind of person who doesn't seek "THE Ultimate happiness" in life. I don't believe in being somewhere in "X" amount of years or having "X" amount of money by the time I'm 50. I just want to lead a good life. And I like taking it by the day. Living each day blissfully.
What is One Habit you're building or trying to build right now and why? The Habit: Waking up early, preferably 5.30 am or earlier. The Story: I was a night owl, my go-to-sleep time oscillating between 1.00 am and 3 am. I wake up at around 9 am and quickly grab my breakfast and rush to classes. Being an hosteler all my life, I have never had to stay at home for more than a month at once since sixth grade (Please don't judge my parents, we had reasons). The time I spent at home, I get treated more like a guest: lots of food, lots of pampering and a lot of sleep. Pandemic put me in an unprecedented situation, an 8 month long stay at home. My dad is an early riser with a faithful morning routine: drink tea, read all the newspapers (2 English, 3 tamil), go for a morning walk, do some breathing exercises, shower. My first month at home was as usual, late night movies/books and waking up after my dad has left to office. When the second month arrived, I started hearing stuff like 'Why don't you ever read news?' or 'Eat at a fixed time' and so on. I would argue saying "I get my work done in college and this is how I function", and he would just end it with a sigh. The occasional 'sighs' slowly transformed to frequent advices about the importance of discipline. By the 4th month, I couldn't take it anymore. This led to recurrent arguments. At one point, I cried and didn't talk to him for over a day. The pandemic didn't seem to end and it dawned me that if the arguments continue, it is going to ruin my relationship with dad. Let me, for once, try and change my sleep schedule, I decided. I did just one thing, started waking up early even if I sleep really late. My dad mocked me initially, saying stuff like 'It's gonna rain today'. Once he noticed I was being regular, he was convinced that I was serious about making a change. He started discussing interesting news with me, sometimes asking me to read the article myself. Only few days passed by and I noted a lot of changes in the dynamics of relationship between him and I. We started having deeper and meaningful conversations, we discussed politics, his work, my college life etc. He started suggesting me non-fiction books. We, including my mom, ate all the meals together. A month or so later, I had a good enough morning routine. I wake up sometime between 5.30 am and 6.30 am, read newspaper, go for a run and shower. Somedays, I do sleep late and wake up late but mostly I managed to stick to my routine. For nearly a year now, I am an early riser. Since the beginning of the pandemic, I have read 28 books. I also study regularly and my health is in a much better place. Most importantly, I feel good about myself and have also developed a finer sense of the world around me. And yes, I feel better connected to my dad. Right now, I am trying to perfect my morning routine. I am trying to increase the intensity my morning workout sessions. What I realized is that good habits are inter-connected, one habit enhancing the possibility of an other.
Worth read of this. The way you have sculptured yourself because of the problem between you and your father. Totally agree!. I'm also an hosteler try to wake-up early in morning but i really can't. Could you tell me how you manage yourself to get sleep early in night? I don't know this message will reach you or not! But i need this ASAP!!!.
One habit I tried to build this year is To stop overthinking and negative thoughts that come always on my mind. Whatever thought 💭 I had I write it down and reframe the question in a positive way , that way I feel more better. No guilty, no irritation. Only peace ✌️ in body and mind. And meditation had really helped me to do that
One habit that I am trying to build is to practice a healthy lifestyle. I have pcos(poly cystic ovarian syndrome) for those of you who don't know about it, it is a metabolic disorder, which can be a result of unhealthy lifestyle choices(varies from individual to individual). During my 10+2 years I got really ignorant about my health with a very unhealthy sleep routine, no moderation of food and exercise was never in the scenes. After being under medication for 3 years , one day I realised that I can change my health condition if try to incorporate a healthy lifestyle. Thus, I started my work on it .I ate healthy , tried to sleep on time and even made exercise an integral part of my life. This all was not easy , it took me a lot of motivation and discipline but my body accepted my efforts and did show me results. All my symptoms were reversed, I lead a pcos free life for nearly a year now. But it is a human tendency to forget the struggles and the journey after getting success and so did I . After getting healthy periods for months I started being ignorant towards my lifestyle choices, started sleeping late and being reluctant towards exercise. My symptoms are slowly showing up again. And thus I have again started to build my routine. I am building a habit of choosing me and my health over everything each day.
Habits that I am trying to build is understanding small things and explaining things to others as simple as I can and giving up ego on someone who used to hang out or even close to me and trying not to take whatever the success to my head
I celebrated my bday recently and on that day i just promised myself to read a book every month ! Meaning 12 books per year I am just developing habit of reading new kind of books ! I just want to become less lazy !! May be this habit will help me🌻
I could have just written that I'm trying to wake up early in the morning everyday but instead what I think I need is to be consistent, to be determined, to remember my actual goal which is to be healthy and fit. Waking up and working out everyday is my way to be consistent. So, I'm trying to be consistent with a determination to be fit. I have experienced it before and believe me the feeling and the joy of getting up at 4 or 5 am is just something out of the world because first of all this particular hour is magical, the kind of energy and the calmness it offers, you can't get it throughout the rest of the day and above all you can make optimum utilization of your time like anything as you get all sorts of creative ideas and you can feel the energy of the universe around you. The sky looks beautiful and shows some wonderful colors and shapes at this time so bottomline is I wanna win my morning every single day.
I'm trynna build a habit of gratitude for whatever I possess. Why? Showing gratitude makes you feel blessed, happy and peaceful. Daily morning I do yoga and show gratitude to God for the countless blessings I've been blessed with.
one habit i am seriously trying to build and am still in the process is not letting my past define who i am today and who i will be in the future. and stop playing the victim of the past role and take more control of the life and not worry about the future based on the past.
Live life. That's what I'm trying to make a habit right now. With so much distractions, peer pressure, jealousy, stress, tension and uncertainity about the future lying around, I really felt like I can only do nothing but exist in the midst of all these chaos. I've realized that this is not the right approach and I should try to enjoy and cherish the every little piece of joy while ignoring everything else. If you want to listen to music among the noise, you have to wear headphones to cancel the noise and that's what I'm trying to make a habit. Hope it works😀🤞🏼
The ONE habit I'm trying to build right now is the habit of consistently following my habits, like you have mentioned in the video, even i picked some habits, started them with lots of enthusiasm and stopped doing them eventually without a reason. Later I realised when the habit demands me to come out of my comfort zone, i rather stay in my own nutshell than coming out of it or doing it consistently. I overthink during the course of a habit, think negatively most of the time and i give up. Now I'm dividing my habits into smaller steps and trying to do them consistently and rewarding myself for my consistency, motivating myself everyday. I lost my confidence when i make mistakes, now i am trying to be consistent rather being a perfectionist. Also prioritising and scheduling my habits makes to more easier to follow my habits, thanks for your notion app recommendation, i feel this app will be very useful for me. I'm trying my best to evolve myself into a better human being everyday and i wish my fellow human beings to give your best, make successful habits and make your life better than yesterday. I hope i win the giveaway contest, thanks in advance ;) PS: Hey Raunaq, I like what you're doing, your content are so fresh and keep up the good work, Love you❤️
*Damn the comment section is awesome, Guys and girls those honest comments made by you, you are just amazing. Looks like most of us need a change in our lives now, enough of the rut we are staying right now, many want to start new good habits, many want to conquer their bad habits, addictions. This is what we humans are made of, Empathy, Compassion, Love. Stay blessed everyone* :)
Everything around you can collapse but noone can snatch your talent if your driven. ❤️🙏The world has slowed down and the music industry is hit badly too like many other industries. As an artist all I can do is make more music than ever before and rebuild my destiny. So with an intention of daily practice, I'm starting over my 6yr old career again. I make a piano video every Wednesday and a singing video with self produced track every saturday and before going to bed watch a movie(well researched) every night. This habit has kept me going. BACK TO ROOTS 🌈
I just discovered you, what a gem! Thankyou so much! Everything in this video is the kind of content I binge on, and it's fun to watch another person talk about them just as passionately. Looking forward to more such videos
First things first, I'm a 16 year old. Unexpectedly jumped class 10 and was left with plenty of time. Also with some few months left before starting over the grind again. From the day of exam cancellation till now I've tried several different habits and practices. But failed within chunk of days. But was eager to do it in the first place. While also struggling to focus on one thing at a time I've decided to take very small and strange steps in building a long lasting habit. Like for example consuming content that is generally valuable and productive to watch, also trying to improve my behavior and attitude towards my family, while getting a hold over my sleep and making a habit out of it. Thanks for making such a video. I saw a similar link while trying to build mine. It was really helpful and inspiring :)
"Expressing myself conspicuously" I was recently promoted from class 12. It's been a 15 year long journey of mine in school and i would be entering the whole new world of university anytime soon. I have been a bright and consistent student in the school. However one regret that still bothers me is that in school years I could not take part in any intellectual conversation. It was not that i was short of facts but I feared repercussions ( like every introvert does). And when i did articulate my thoughts they were vague to the audience. When it comes to impromptu questions i always falter and make fool of myself. Now as i wish to be a lawyer i have realised the importance of my fear ( or weakness). And in the past month alone I participated in 2 Digital MUNs. Of course i did not win. But at least i could convey my idea to my competitors. I even answered impromptu queries raised at my statements which bolstered my confidence. Therefore i am looking forward to express my ideas and thoughts as vividly as possible to the listener. ( It's quite satisfying that i am participating in a giveaway while at the same time moving a step closer towards my aim. )
I am trying to build the habit of meditating before bed, consistently, everyday, no matter how tired I am. Meditation allowed me to hear my inner voice which I thought I was missing in the 3 years of hectic college life at Xaviers. It allows me to reflect on things and epiphanies happen about small things like how I used to think back then or why I said it like this today. It is a tool to really disconnect with the world and connect with yourself. And when the inner voice becomes strong and consistent, you hear it even when you're around people, or extremely engrosed in work - it then stays with you! I have only begun to see the extremely potent power of meditation and I want to be regular in it to feel peace and joy and fulfillment when the world is more about dissatisfaction and materialism and chasing never-ending successes.
Habit: Making the bed, folding all bedsheets and blankets in the mornings Why: Heard it from a speech which got me to actually try it. Been doing it for couple of weeks now and it actually gives a good feeling at the start of the day, a sense of achievement/accomplishment plus the bedroom looks cleaner 😊
That one habit is fitness.I mean i recently bumped into your channel and surpringly what you said in the start i felt its me speaking. I have always been a lazy one, never really understood the meaning of fitness while my parents kept ranting about it but somethings you get only when you actually face them.So now that i have been working and married for almost 2 years, I have started experiencing pain due to long hours of sitting in office and standing in kitchen. So past month I was motivated to workout as I went home and my brother was working out and with him I started out my journey, felt so damn good.I felt my body was turning into something else. I just wanted to keep it consistent but i could do it for one month and then gradually i stopped again.Starting again seems a task now and i am unable to gather that strength.I know that this body is a temple and we and only we can take care of it.So this is one habit im desperately trying to stick to.I hope i start again and venture into this fitness thing and take care of my body
Habit I'm building: Stop social media cause it kills my time whereas I can invest that time on some other things which I really wanted to do from a long time.
I am really looking forward to build a habit of not comparing myself with others. The main reason for this is because of the "flex culture". whenever I open my insta account and scroll through the post i fell much insecure....everyone around me is enjoying their youth...sharing photos reels and stories everyday. All the people around me are cutting their hair, colouring it,wearing trendiest outfits, travelling, food hunting, going for sleepovers. Me...who is of their same age is sitting in my room and watching all these.Actually till the recent times I did'nt know whether this was a real problem or if its just for me.And then i came up with the term "FOMO",that was kinda relaxation. So i researched through the topic and decided to do a social media detox . It helped me a lot in staying away from the junk all around. Instagram was a big no for me in those times. But youtube, was like a mentor for me. for 19 yr old student from kerala having all the classes online. TH-cam was a relief, and all the content creators i watch on youtube were helping me grow, like you do. So one thing I decided to do was not watching the videos Immediatly it pops up.i decided to move it watch list & watch it after completing my daily chores. This helps me save a lot of time.I really wanted to watch your videos when you post it.but this way actually helps me a lot😁.i wont miss any videos ,but takes some time to watch...I cant say that my fomo is completely gone after the detox .even now when I see others photoshoots its a bit haunting(i dont know whether it a correct usage..but it really do). Lately i wanted to grow my insta account and be a topic of their gossip talks. But now i realize that, all these photos & all don't help me or others grow as a person. Its just showing off my personal life, with the money my parents earn.I really wanted to travel and go for food hunting and all. But with my money...thats pretty much about my habit buliding. i really like your channel.i'm not that person who writes comments. but you made me do this. Now i'm channeling my time more on studies, self care, watching good movies and all. once again thank you for being there as a mentor.Thank you for your dedication. Like me there are many followers of yours who are really inspired from you❤❤
I'm currently studying in class 10..so I'm trying to be consistent with my studies along with some other things that make me happy...or some other stuffs that I wanna learn .. normally we'll have to study online and there are lot of distractions , so it's bit difficult to be consistent and that is why instead of just scrolling, I just try to involve myself in some interesting stuff ! :-)
Advice from someone who just completed 10th in 2020, *expect* yourself to be able to answer difficult questions and understand challenging concepts... Because if you don't expect yourself to be able to do these things, it will be easier to not even try.
So, talking about habits I am not consistent with any habits. A lot of time I heard about the term meditation, I get fascinated. But at the time of execution all my motivation fades away and I feel like doing nothing. I feel meditation is something which helps you to get intimate with yourself and as I am in a situation of dilemma that I cannot even figure out what to do with my future. So, I feel meditation is the most significant thing in my life right now. And I appreciate you making this kind of content for us. Thanks a lot.
I love cinema so much, that the most favorite thing i would like to do is just talk about cinema and anything related to that. And I chose TH-cam as a platform. Being inconsistent was one of the greatest issue I faced and losing motivation when 1-2 videos do not work. But now I realise, views or likes on a video does not matter, the only thing that matters is whether I am happy on publishing it and I always remembers the quote by Dhoni - "Focus on the process, not the result". So now I am trying to develop a new habit of posting minimum 1 video every week. And for 3 weeks, it going fine even though some videos didn't work well. But now I don't care about the result, I am just trying make my video better than the previous one. So in short, the habit I am trying to develop is to post minimum 1 video on TH-cam every week.
one habit that i am trying to build is listening to as many influential people as i can. be it from a philosophy, science, business, literature, theatre, content creation etc background. just soak in all the wisdom and lessons that they have to share through their interviews/stories/podcasts etc. i have experienced it quite a few times this year, that when i'm in a low phase or a bad mood, the first thing that i (and everyone) do is talk to ourselves in our head. i'm a teenager, soon i'll be turning 18, and this phase of life is quite hormonal and crazy and seems all over the place. if i'm the immediate person to interact with myself in my head, might as well feed good words to myself right? sure i have friends who help me in difficult times, but we tend to forget how much control our thoughts have on us, so why not turn those negative thoughts into positive ones and put it to our advantage? also P.S. i love your videos so much, they always lighten my mood up while also teaching me something or the other.
I want to make a habit of.....consistency. Because u can make a new habit in a day, but how long u do it?. So I will make sure I will do all my ritual and day planing daily.
The one habit I am trying to build is mindfulness. I have been hearing this word since my childhood, but only became aware of its depth after I read The Almanack. Naval Ravikant highly focuses on being vigilant of one's thoughts. And I realized I have never paid attention to what my mind's talking. I am someone who is suffering from anxiety and as such, the slightest of triggers causes panic in me. This leads to unwanted overthinking and stress. Of course these are some emotions which none of us would like to deal with. And I realized, sometimes being an observer to one's thoughts can actually help us understand the kind of person we are. So, I have decided to practice mindfulness, which in a way is meditation while keeping the eyes open. Now whenever I get a negative thought, I take a deep breath and tell myself "what you are thinking is unhealthy" and then just try to snap out of it. I do not let the negative energy seep deep within my body. This is a habit which I wish to build in the coming months. I believe it can help keep one calm and cool in the long run.
I like to grow plants but never been consistent enough to do that. So this lockdown I decided to give it a try. I fixed a specific time in the evening and do simple gardening works. Like I water the plants, tend to them, check for new leaves and get excited, clean and burn yard waste. Never thought I could do it. Since I had started it has become a very meaningful part of my day that I look forward to everyday.
The habit I'm recently building is reading books. (Till now I read 1 book fully and I'm currently reading another book) Reason: It helps in a way that ,it can show you a right path that you are searching for. My long term goal is to build a own company and run it successfully. To achieve my goal I need to know about different aspects of money and business. To get know about different aspects of money and business, books helps me a lot ., I feel blessed to know the power of books in my early stage (I'm 19),I need to make use of this wonderful power to achieve my goal and to be successful. And also I understood the power of habits ., So that I need include powerful habits which gives a insane impact in my knowledge as well as my goal ,and exclude so u wanted things from my life ., So I think 'Atomic Habits' will help me to do accordingly. Peace..✌🏻
As long as I can remember I haven't been following any 'habit' other than the daily basics. During this pandemic I discovered a lot of things to learn and I understood that I have zero management skills. But on the other hand I had/have this constant feeling of peer pressure that so many people are doing so many things out there and I haven't done anything significant enough. I know trying new things are good but these things were something I had no interest but was being intimidated just because others are doing it. So I decided to find out what all I like and what do I wanna do in my leisure time. Now I read, watch movies, sketch something or even do nothing and I am trying to make a habit to not feel bad for it. I won't say I have perfected it but I am trying. Lots of thanks to you and your weekly videos they have helped me come a long way
I just wish to enjoy the moments that are happening around me and take the simple pleasure from them by not thinking the whole time about all the blah... blah... blah...stuffs happening around as I'm fed up being gloomy. Yes I know that we have to think in a little futuristic way, but we all ignore the things that every new day presents us. And thank you brother for being one of the factor that soothes me in these days. I have just recently discovered the joy of reading and I have started reading Satyajit ray short stories that you have recommended in one of your videos and its bliss. Don't mind if I get this book or not by I'm sure that you will read this. Just wanna say thankyou and keep the good work going. Hoping to watch the movie that you make. Lots of love n ☮️.
Habit: habits I want to build so desperately are to do yoga every day and read boos more frequently..i mean every day Since lockdown began I was one of those who was fine doing nothing, may be I can say I just shut my brain down from all the activities. Though I was worried about my health and studies , I couldn't figure out ways to uplift them coz of my deadly procrastination.... Procrastination has been my invisible fence all the time. At a point I realised my creativity, efficiency and creative thinking skills have deteriorated so much that all those sound and feel new to me.... health problems became worse.. I lost my grandfather just 5 months ago and that had huge impact on me. I have become more vulnerable , less mentally stable and get anxious over small stufff. And all this started affecting my self esteem:( Now here I'm one step ahead to build these new habits with lot of difficulty and I know this book would make my path more easier and hepls to be a better me.....
Hey Raunaq, First let me give a small intro about myself to give you the perspective of why I'm trying to build this specific habit . I'm a second year undergraduate student and just like many others of my age, i too find it difficult to discover what i want to do in life in terms of career or just to even make a livelihood(because kasu theva :P ). I'm not that kind of a person who knows exactly what they're going to do, as i have various interests and things that excite me and i was not sure which one to pursue. Based on your recommendation i watched Warikoo's videos and it tingled this idea in me that "Why not try all?". So I'm currently building the habit of experiencing and experimenting all my interests. I choose one of the things that excites me and focus on it religiously for 2-3 months. By experimenting my interests and following it for a defined number of months i feel that it will help me find that one or two things which excites me more than the rest and help me figure out how to turn that into a career. I'm still figuring out how to build this habit as I'm not very consistent in anything (so inconsistent that i had to change my hobbies 12-13 times in my resume lmao) , so i hope i win this giveaway and learn how to build that habit :)
One habit I am constantly trying to break is that of Judging people. I have developed this thought process of judging anyone as soon as is see him/her; without actually knowing the person I have an opinion about him or her and to be very frank I have a very selfish reason to do that because I constantly belittle myself by thinking what others are thinking about me. I have realized that it's important to be yourself without worrying about what others are thinking(except your loved and close ones) and one can only achieve that when they themselves stop doing the same. I don't know when ill be able to completely get rid of it or that if it is even possible to completely get rid of it but I am sure that I'll try to be myself no matter what . I have not achieved it yet but I have consciously started to get rid of it. HOPE THIS ATOMIC CHANGE WILL BRING A HUGE DIFFERENCE IN MY LIFE.
The only goal I have rn is to sleep early. At first when everyone around me started pointing that staying late up night is bad,I didn’t really care as my sleep hours were the same and staying up late was cool. But slowly as time went on I starter realising what I was doing was bad as I lacked self control and discipline…..
Firstly love the way you speak in all your videos. Really feel like listening to what you have to say. I have been thinking to purchase this book for some time now and coming from you would mean a lot to me. So, answering your question the one habit that I want to inculcate is working out everyday no matter what. I'm 24 and have been overweight almost all my life. Last year I had a gall bladder removal surgery which is obviously not that common to people my age. My problem is consistency. I start working out but don't or can't do it for a long time. So, yes, this is one thing I need to do for myself. I need to workout and become fit.
Trying to get out of my comfort zone for a while. Just to know how'll it feels to be alone, without any support and try doing something I love to do... ... Also I love the way you explain things🥰 Your videos makes me feel confident. I don't know why😅
Recently I have developed the habit of eating clean. I was a big fan of ordering and eating outside food and my wife life revolved around eating junk food all the time. But recently we were at homes for the most of the time so I started eating clean and healthy. Now first thing I completely cut down on eating sugar and started experimenting around alternatives like jaggery, coconut sugar, dry dates sugar and dhaga mishri. I learned the importance of eating healthy oils like Groundnut, Sesame and Coconut oil. I changed my salt to rock salt and Himalayan Pink salt. instead of white rice I now prefer semi brown rice. I have started eating fruits atleast four days in a week and completely quit any sugar based beverage instaead I prefer home made juices or sugarcane juice in summer that's my all time favourite. All thanks to @fittuber. I have definitely build up these small eating habits over a period of time and it has helped me a lot in maintaining the right weight. These small changes in eating habits has definitely helped in learning a disciplined approach towards eating. Thanks
One habit I’m trying to build: start a conversation with a stranger and continue it for at least 2 mins. Points to cover - *where are they from? *what are their likes and dislikes? *what is life according to them? (The last question will really question our perspective towards our understanding of life)
The one habit that I'm building is speaking up confidently. Earlier i was very nervous to talk and i have a problem of social anxiety and fear of being judged so i couldn't speak up but now i realised that where is my uniqueness if I'm not showing up my trueness to world just because of fear..really it is important to BE YOURSELF no Matter what others think of you... This habit will enhance your confidence and make you more satisfied peaceful.
To master the art of ignoring negativity and spread as much as positive vibes around me whenever, wherever possible..It brings us everything that we are lacking now;
One habit I am trying to build right now - Stepping in to the execution phase. I commend myself for being good at planning. I can't describe enough how spectacular my plan looks like. I know for a fact that if I follow the said plan, I am going to give myself an incredible victory and a lot of self-belief. However, the inner demon of procrastination and laziness overpowers. That is to say, I give up right after the outset. When it comes to executing my plans, I just don't do it. Reason, I don't know or perhaps I know it far too well. I know what all I am capable of achieving but because of this above-mentioned issue, I fail to work on my ideas and hence make things difficult for myself. Nevertheless, I am determined to bring about a change, no matter how difficult it looks like.
I attended yoga classes in my childhood and now after almost 20 years, I'm trying to build the habit of practicing yoga daily. Its an attempt to bring back my self-awareness and I can see the difference everyday. 😊
One habit I have started to develop is "think positive". I am a hardcore pessimist and as a result I am anxious and always dull. Now I try to think positive about everything . I wanna be happy like everyone else around me. I think this change in attitude is gonna make me a better person.
I am building a habit To give priority to myself beyond anybody or anything. Lately the lockdown had made me feel worse and I had realised how much I had become dependent on people for my happiness and other trivial things. I building a habit to seek happiness in my own self. And why this habit , because I feel sick when I feel helpless because of some one not giving me attention or time to talk
Two habits that I m trying to build are: 1) Reading atleast one complete book in a month (Daily 2-3 pages) 2) Plant as many as trees/plants possible. This makes feel that I m giving something back to the nature (actually not).
One Habit I am trying to build and why Yoga - Getting up at 6am every 5 days a week has helped me feel better and gets me kickstart my day way earlier than usual. It helps me get control of the to do lists that I am planning to do and spend more time focussing on my work when the world is sleeping Digital art- I always knew I was good in arts but i wasn't able to be consistent on the same. By making sure every week uploading three artwork in my personal instagram page helps me keep my passion alive and when i look back . I get that much needed motivation One hour with family - Metro' cities have this habit of letting people be busy all the time. Pandemic has ensured we spend more time with family and that too without any fourth persons existence like a tv or mobile addiction. We spend an hour talking to each other and discuss various topics. With the advent of the last one year , we have realised our strong bonding due to this cultivated habit. Thank you Raunaq More power to you. You have been a true influencer
One Habit which I'm trying to keep up everyday is to Meditate early in the morning. When the whole world is calm, with the early morning sounds, Mediating is the best thing you can do. It's something I did in school and lost touch after that. But I'm trying to build it back to help me focus and concentrate more on my daily work. It'll be tuff to build it with all the distractions you might get when you start meditation but it gets better and better and you'll really feel it's efficient when you make it a routine. So I'll really recommend anyone to simply wake up early, sit in a place and close your eyes and focus on breathing. You might get random thoughts. Let them flow. You'll slowly reduce them and build focus and earn the reaps of Meditating
One habit I an trying to build is running/walking regularly. Running just makes me feel good. It's like meditation but it's almost effortless once you get in the flow. Also, it makes me feel confident about myself. A lot of us struggle with self confidence. We see ourselves much worse than others do. Also, I am trying to journal once in a while. I don't do it everyday, but I do it in days I have a lot on my mind.
The habit that im building now is reading books. I started it this year and so far I've read 4 books (Greenlights,12 rules for life, brief answer's to big questions and never split the difference). As an introvert I enjoy reading books in my car, completely Isolated from everything and away from any screen. I realized that reading books has a compound effect on changing my character, after every book I have a different take on life and how to live.
I was recently caught up with the fact that how we procrastinate our happiness .. like when this will happen i will be happy .. when this will happen i will do this.. so THE HABIT I’m building is - to be happy and most into the moment now. To do whatever can bring me joy, now! To start appreciating my reality(my life) and the people in it right now! Who has even seen tomorrow!? I mean ‘ we can be happy then toooo and nowwww as well…!! We dont have to sacrifice today’s joy to the future. 🌈
Hey raunaq, hope you are doing good. The two habits which I'm trying to build right now are making my bed right after I wake up and reading a novel before I go to sleep, i know these are simple things , but I do feel that if I start making my bed and reading a novel or a self help book every single day will literally change my life, also I genuinely feel very happy right after I complete reading a book because initially I was very inconsistent and I never used to complete a novel and I used to end up wasting my time on social media and now I'm kind of proud of my self for not wasting too much time on social media and utilize that time on reading books. Right now I just want to make sure that I'm consistent at making my bed and reading a book every single day. Ps: love your content, each and every week I look forward to watching your videos.
I am trying to build the habit of consistency right now . Bcoz in this age or era of technology we all are facing the same problem of procrastination and because of this novel problem we can't do that thing in our day which is far more important than this smartphone .... If you want to have consistency in your life then you have to stop procrastination ... For this I have been working in myself for last one month I guess all I do is that before I went to sleep I write all the things I had to do next day and I take all those 4-5 things as a task ... To be committed to that task I give myself a reward after completing every task ... So this works for me 😀 ... I have read this somewhere that "success is 10% of brain and 90% of consistency "... Thank you for uploading these kind of videos they help me .... I learn so many things from your videos sir 🙏❤️
I know this is very basic habit, but I feel it's the most important habit .. EXERCISE.... I wish everyone takes up this habit before they plan for Something else. Remember HEALTH IS WEALTH & WEALTH CANNOT BUY HEALTH ..
Hey Firstly Im glad that I found this channel. Now u have become more like a big brother to me. I am a single child and an introvert. I randomly watched ur introverts video on ur channel and trust me not was more relatable than that video. I'm 21 years old and I really needed someone to guide me and then I found you. I know that you don't even know that I exist but your existence in this world made my life much more better. I could listen to your videos whole day. I love your recommendations of books and movies. Basically my life right now are filled with books, movies. Thank you for everything and please keep doing videos it's definitely making a big Impact on me. Coming to one habit which I am regularly practicing is reading book everyday. I saw one of ur videos in which u told about reading 1 book every month..I'm just trying to do that ..it's been two months and I have read two books (the palace of illusions and Tuesdays with Morrie ) . It's more like meditation for me than reading a book. It calms me down and one more habit is drinking more water .I used to hardly drink water but from past few days I have been drinking more water and filled more bottles of water and kept all around the house just to remind me drink water. It's definitely a small thing but the outcome is very good.
Trying my best to stick to app timers i have set in digital wellbeing! I Have set timers for all social media and trying to reduce 5 mins each month. final goal is to have insta for 15min/day. now i'm on 1 hr/day. hope i get there.
Working out first thing in the morning. It is inspired from Naval Ravikant. Reason being its a capstone habit that will get other things going. And won't allow life's busyness to intercede.
Habit that I'm working on is to live In the moment😌 When I'm all by myself I can do something productive. but in mind I create scenario that never gonna happen in life😅.... I wanna cherish every moment completely. atomic habit was the first book that I wanted to read but it's been going away mostly because my parents are not convinced. now with hope writing a comment after lot of thought So yaa that was my answer thanks raunaq bro and others who read the comment
Yes i have big goals in mind. I realised it one day that i believe unconsciously as if i will achieve those goals , as if i am destined to , anyway. But when i analysed my habits, it dawned upon me i will not achieve any of those in the near future if i continue like this. I have fallen prey to a weird trap where my mind is satisfied that my dreams are still lofty and all peers and family members think that i ought to succeed because maybe i pretend that i am making great strides but in reality i am inconsistent and falter in every positive changes that i try to make. So one day i sat down and accepted the reality. The constant failure to correct my habits have created a new habit where i am okay with the habit of complacency. Now i could easily predict that if i aim tommorow to complete that assignment, i will not, given my present faltering habits and if this continues in the long run i will end up as big failure and my big pretentious balloon of overachiever will burst. So i promised myself to carve out a new me , to shed all old habits of mine ,inch by inch. Such as If i wanted to mindlessly surf videos on TH-cam instead of writing the conclusions, i reminded myself that old me who was walking towards imminent failure might do that but not you. I tried challenging myself. Sure i am facing my share of relapses but i am atleast crawling out of the rut i was stuck in where i was blind towards my excuses that i give myself to continue my habits of instant gratification. Thanks to you , it felt great to articulate what i am going through. I should restart my journaling habit soon. Thank you Rohit.
One habit that I am trying to build is to READ books whether it is fiction or non fiction. I have been reading books for past two months and it has been an immensely good experience. I feel relaxed after reading for some time. I feel disconnected from the external disturbances and it gives inner peace. It has became like a meditation to me. The main reason why I started reading, Because at some point in the past few weeks I was so under confident that I could not speak to anyone and I became shallowed. I got depressed as well as I made some mistakes which had impacted immensely. So, after I started reading books everything has been changing slowly like my thought process, increasing happiness, improving my focus. Obviously, I am getting usual benefits like improving my vocabulary, my way of speaking and life lessons.
I want to be financially stable as early as possible so i am trying to use my time very efficiently and productivity on learning skills and personal development . 🙂
There are many habits that I am building right now,but if asked to write one...I have taken the challenge of making the uncomfortable choice whenever there is an option...like doing hard things even if my 'mann' says no. Shwetabh and Ankur warikoo both have adviced this and also trying to be mindfully honest. The reason behind this is that it simply makes you stronger in many ways,we know our mind wants us to be comfortable but this made me almost waste my class 11 completely. Also I personally believe that being honest makes you more humorous.
The habit that I’m trying to stick with is to ‘ Create more than I Consume ’. I came across this thought from another channel called Pick Up Limes and it just made so much sense. We are constantly exposed to content that make us feel that we are not doing enough.. I have found myself going down that spiral numerous times. Now, I try to just keep a balance between the time I spend scrolling and actually doing something that gives me a feeling of satisfaction ( like baking or sketching ). This little time spent for myself eases so much of the overwhelming effects of social media.
I'm a writer-comedian(sketch writer and a standup comic) and part of my job is to write consistently good. As you already know that how lazy a writer can get, just in search for writing inspiration. I sometimes call myself professional procrastinator. So I want to write daily for atleast 1-2 hours and I had tried it before but it work only for 3-4 days. If you think atomic habits can bring a change in me and my writing so ya consider me for it.
The one habit I'm trying to build is sitting at a place for 15 mins primarily and increase the time eventually and do some meditation. I've failed so many times but few years back my mother suggested me to meditate and it proved to be very helpful .it helped me to focus my mind on the thing I'm failing and get the important learning from those . It made my realise after touching the rock bottom the only way is upwards. With this from on of the lowest cgpa Im now in 4 th top place. But with the temporary success I stopped doing it and now again I'm realising the importance of it in these times of placements and a lot of stress . So I want to make it a habit to make my life easier. Hope for the best.
I want to build communication skill and nowadays I already work on it . I want to build communication skill because it's very for our future because is very important to know in are nowadays 😊 there is any mistake in English sorry for that I work on that ok And you are great bhaiya 💯🤗👍👍
Because of online classes, I started to procrastinate a lot. But then I started Planning my next day before sleeping and trying to achieve my goals next day. I write Major daily goals on a blackboard before going to bed and check if I was able to achieve which I had written last day. This is helping me to realise worth of each day. I had issues with managing my tasks and health. But now I'm improving day by day. Many times I lose track after completing few tasks but I think it is increasing my productivity.
Well, Iam currently working on two habits now. *One is limiting my phone usage upto 2 hours everyday.* Im very well addicted to social media and all. Its simply Unhealthy and Unproductive to scroll 8+ hours a day so.. *Second thing is about Excercise.* I tried a thousand time to be consistent about this. I always keep failing to be consistent. I usually stop this thing right after 2,3 days.. This time i need to be more serious about it. 😤 Im also looking to create some more habits like Waking up early, learning French (idk if its a habit😅) , Start reading books, Posting video's consistently on my new yt channel. Right now I'm focusing on the two that I mentioned above.
My cultivating habit is to Be Positive. It seems to be a very known habit but it has changed my life in every aspect. Starting a day positively and ending the same positively is a difficult task. People around and situations as put me under pressure and negativity. Every day was a hurdle to cross. One day, fortunately, I saw a TH-cam video where it talks about the power of being positive. To start a day with positive affirmations and to look for good even in a bad situation. Being positive as also brought peace of mind. It's an awesome way of leading life. If days were positively and happily spent, life would eventually become a piece of a cake. I also suggest this to my friends who just worry about things which can be changed with the change of attitude and thoughts. The biggest output of this habit is I gained Happiness. What else a human would want. And Thank You for this question., answering this was an experience of joy.
I'm in my senior high school. Like you, I have interest in different fields. Like, "learning to play uke", "stock market", "studying school materials as well as entrance exam thing ".
A habit I'm trying to build is decrease my screen time and focus on self. Im a person who loves to exist in my own comfort zone which makes us less productive. This is something i realised during these lockdown days and started shutting off instagram and whtaspp for some days .but it did not go well after some days. Your thumbnail made me watch the video as i would get some sort of spark to start my habits again to make my days little more productive. And yes your video literally made me realise how i was stuck in my zone without any kind of growth and i shared this video to my frnd as he could also get something out of this video to his life too. I literally felt like my vocabulary is too low so ihave to read alot to understand things around me .but due to procastination i was never able to build a habit . Thank you for the video ❤️.im trying to get back into the track due to this .
I am trying to cultivate the habit of trying to be a "conversation initiator" (if that's a word ). Have always been awkward during zoom calls or even if its about messaging friends. I never initiate. But I'm trying to change that and sometimes it's hard when in group chats people don't respond. However, I am still trying to keep this habit up :-)
Right NOW! - I wanted to be focus on ONE THING AT A TIME. And not being so harsh on myself for getting less outcomes! - ABSENT MINDED! It's like I was born with it and never had thought about changing it. I feel like I was storing too much on my mind and really lose focus on important things or present things. Most of the times I cannot listen to people ( not intentionally but naturally). I just wanted to figure it out how to work on it!
Desperately need to change myself. Maybe it starts first with the inner self but the books are like the guides they can help us to follow the path we want to be in Or sometime soon they make the path for us.
I have been a procrastinor for as long as i can remember so the one thing I would like to achieve is to stay consistent and increase my attention span and its not been an easy task so far 🚶♂️
I have been fairly successful till now, to inculcate the habit of daily yoga practice. I have kept it simple for now, I just do a minimum of 20 minutes everyday and sometimes 40 mins. It has helped me be more insightful. I can see subtle differences such as higher level of calmness, better hindsight, better sleep and posture. I will suggest everyone to start as small as a 5 minute meditation or 1 Surya namaskar and then grow from it at your own pace. Namaskaram.🙏
One habit I am trying to build currently is doing meditation and yoga on a daily basis. I have tried doing yoga and meditation before but due to a lack of consistency, I always gave up after a day or two. I am the kind of person who is not much into spirituality or meditation, but this year has shifted some things for me. I have never had my mental health worse, I was never this depressed my whole life and my productivity levels have declined significantly. To combat this, I have been trying to make a few changes in my day to day routine and get over this stuff. I really hope this time I would be able to be consistent with it and make some positive changes in my life.
@Mona lisa's smile yes I agree
Thanks a ton!
thanks a lot for all your kind words; really glad u could relate to my content :) welcome aboard :)
ONE HABIT I WANT TO BUILD RIGHT NOW IS
Reading books consistently.
❤️❤️❤️
Wow This is really great!
oh... same dude :)
Witnessed 125 sunrises and 134 sunsets till date in this year, and I know the answer for a question which Google doesn't know 😝
Most beautiful sunset of this year until now in South Chennai? It was on June 13, 2021. I was inspired to do this because of many things but one important spark is the conversation between teo woman from the movie 'Wild' which goes like this - "There's is sunrise and sunset everyday and you can choose to be there for it and put yourselves in the way of beauty". It hit me hard and was in my mind since last few years and finally started to do this while reading 5 AM Club. It's a converging point of a book and a movie for me😄
Beautiful habit :) I hope you win.. on a different note, now google knows :P
@@dhanaraghavan Thank you 😄
the one habit that iam trying to do is staying close to people who i love and care the most .
Our mind's filled with the thoughts others imprint or implant within our time
Spending time with oneself talking to ourselves would improve ourselves and make us live and lead a better life
I'm trying to spend one hour everyday to talk to myself, observe my thoughts and spend some time with myself. So that I could dettach from this world for a moment and attach to my own world and change myself for good.
Habit- time management
Why - because time is the most precious thing one can own.
@@tamilthalaivan6756 You must first focus on going to bed early, its the first step. Your day starts from the previous night.
One habit I tried to build this year is
To stop overthinking and negative thoughts that come always on my mind.
Hey Aruja! Would love to gift you a copy of the book! Pls get in touch with me on Instagram or Twitter so I can get ur details!
I hope i win the giveaway contest, thanks in advance ;)

Means a lot that you could relate to my content :) thank you for watching n pls keep supporting 🙏
@@RaunaqMangottill you got it! 💯
"Expressing myself conspicuously"
I was recently promoted from class 12.
Habit: Making the bed, folding all bedsheets and blankets in the mornings
Why: Heard it from a speech which got me to actually try it.
Same.
The habit which I'm trying to build is going to bed with a well structured plan of what should I do the next day.
(Till now I read 1 book fully and I'm currently reading another book)
Reason: It helps in a way that ,it can show you a right path that you are searching for.
Habit: habits I want to build so desperately are to do yoga every day and read boos more frequently..i mean every day
Since lockdown began I was one of those who was fine doing nothing, may be I can say I just shut my brain down from all the activities.
And all this started affecting my self esteem:(
Now here I'm one step ahead to build these new habits with lot of difficulty and I know this book would make my path more easier and hepls to be a better me.....
Hey Raunaq,
First let me give a small intro about myself to give you the perspective of why I'm trying to build this specific habit .
This problem is almost common among most my students, and I'm going to recommend them this solution.
Waking up early is the best thing you can do to yourself. Keep at it king, you'll succeed soon.
@@jubarajmukherjee688 thanks mate
Earlier i was very nervous to talk and i have a problem of social anxiety and fear of being judged so i couldn't speak up but now i realised that where is my
uniqueness if I'm not showing up my trueness to world just because of fear..really it is important to BE YOURSELF no Matter what others think of you... This habit will enhance your confidence and make you more satisfied peaceful.
To master the art of ignoring negativity and spread as much as positive vibes around me whenever, wherever possible..It brings us everything that we are lacking now;
Exactly broo to the point.
Insta I'd?
I think this change in attitude is gonna make me a better person.
i am just trying to build habit like meditation to improve my mental health since last 2 to 3 week.
Two habits that I m trying to build are:
1) Reading atleast one complete book in a month (Daily 2-3 pages)
2) Plant as many as trees/plants possible. This makes feel that I m giving something back to the nature (actually not).
One Habit I am trying to build and why
Yoga - Getting up at 6am every 5 days a week has helped me feel better and gets me kickstart my day way earlier than usual. It helps me get control of the to do lists that I am planning to do and spend more time focussing on my work when the world is sleeping
Digital art- I always knew I was good in arts but i wasn't able to be consistent on the same. By making sure every week uploading three artwork in my personal instagram page helps me keep my passion alive and when i look back . I get that much needed motivation
One hour with family - Metro' cities have this habit of letting people be busy all the time. Pandemic has ensured we spend more time with family and that too without any fourth persons existence like a tv or mobile addiction. We spend an hour talking to each other and discuss various topics. With the advent of the last one year , we have realised our strong bonding due to this cultivated habit.
Thank you
Raunaq
More power to you.
That one habit I'm trying to build is "Doing Workout". I always procrastinate to go to gym and doing any physical activity.
Im trying to get into reading and I'm trying to complete a book every month
Hey
Firstly Im glad that I found this channel.
Habit that I'm working on is to live In the moment😌
When I'm all by myself I can do something productive. but in mind I create scenario that never gonna happen in life😅.... I wanna cherish every moment completely. atomic habit was the first book that I wanted to read but it's been going away mostly because my parents are not convinced. now with hope writing a comment after lot of thought
So yaa that was my answer thanks raunaq bro and others who read the comment
Thank you
Rohit.
The habit of not judging others.
Best of luck
@@deep0966 thank you
One habit that I am trying to build is to READ books whether it is fiction or non fiction.
Habit to develop: to stay away from social media
Reason: Being an introvert it eats up my mind and makes me feel that I don't fit into this society.
Yess!! Better to be on WhatsApp more
You introverts have a special place in every extrovert out there... Never feel low about how you are.
We love you ❤️
Same ❤️
The habit that I’m trying to stick with is to ‘ Create more than I Consume ’.
I want to build communication skill because it's very for our future because is very important to know in are nowadays 😊 there is any mistake in English sorry for that I work on that ok
And you are great bhaiya 💯🤗👍👍
Im also looking to create some more habits like Waking up early, learning French (idk if its a habit😅) , Start reading books, Posting video's consistently on my new yt channel.
Thank you for recommending "Honesty"
Habbit: Start reading books

One habit I am trying to build currently is doing meditation and yoga on a daily basis. I have tried doing yoga and meditation before but due to a lack of consistency, I always gave up after a day or two. I am the kind of person who is not much into spirituality or meditation, but this year has shifted some things for me. I have never had my mental health worse, I was never this depressed my whole life and my productivity levels have declined significantly. To combat this, I have been trying to make a few changes in my day to day routine and get over this stuff. I really hope this time I would be able to be consistent with it and make some positive changes in my life.
