I’d say get the rustler if your looking for a kind of mix of monster tuck and short coarse I wouldn’t say it’s a race truck it’s more of meant for big jumps and off-road like gravel and stuff.
The slash is a short coarse more of meant for handling and stuff like that you can jump I definitely did with mine I sent it a few times. Buy in general if you drive on concrete or asphalt more id personally recommend the slash.
But, at the end of the day the decision is up to you.
