Gordon Ramsay's culinary boot camp moves to the USA as the terrifying world-renowned Head Chef slices and dices a group of wannabe Cordon Bleu cooks and aspiring restaurateurs, to find out who deserves the top prize of their own restaurant. Adapted from the smash hit British series, Hell's Kitchen USA serves up helpings of terror, tears, tantrums and triumphs as cameras follow the competing chefs for every minute of the day.

My daughter is 19 and if she brought a 31 y/o home to meet me, we'd have a problem.
In his defence I thought tommy was like 22 at most
100
Tommy is cringe..That will be his downfall, a 31 yr old man and 19 yr old girl have 0 in common..
100% agreed but even if the age difference wasn't there i still would not approve, the guy is a bit creepy in some way i find hard to describe?
...
Actually i just thought of one, he looks like he has worked with Ron Jeremey, nuff said.
@Vega01 that's no defence, is even worse
Trev: My dish is perfect
Judge: *_I'm honestly surprised your parents still love you._*
😂
She’s been watching a lot of Joe Bastianich
When he said "Let's go up there and give her a kiss" and she said all that, I guess it went as well as Mordecai on regular show kissing Margaret, only to realize he has bad breath
Elise’s dessert was terrible but why is Carrie acting like hers was any better?😂😂 Both got saved lmao
Thank you!
Who cares tho, Elise deserves every sort of bad rating they can give her, much more than Carrie did 👍
(because let's be real, Elise CAN cook, but she's a total crazy b*tch with a massive ego and 0 team spirit, which is why she didn't make it to the end of either seasons, honestly i laughed when she cried because Michelle won, f*ck Elise & i hope her stupid diet advice company goes belly up, because it's just another example of her massive ego and bizzare mindset)
Well, Gordon didn't tell Carrie that she was lucky they weren't giving zeroes. So there's that
Her dish being bad too doesn't disqualify her from recognizing another dish is also bad. Vinegar? I understand pushing the envelope and trying to be original but that's simply a bad idea
Scotleys fault
so are we ignoring the fact that a 31 year old man was dating a 19 year old...????
Don't let this distract you from the fact that Kori didn't pick Amber for her brigade.
I know and it Beggs the question when did he first start pursuing her.
it’s bad that i had to search so much to find this comment
I immediately went ewww when he said "i love u baby" 🙁🙁🙁
Oh absolutely not thank goodness I didn’t have to scroll very far into the comment’s section to find this
There’s just something satisfying about seeing Elise get humbled extremely fast with her dessert 🤣
It's always satisfying when the ones that think they're better then everyone else takes a large helping of humble pie
She probably still thought they were wrong 😂
Ikr! Agree
100000% agreed
God I hate Elise... Hearing them tear her dessert apart after giving Carrie crap is so satisfying
Wow
Right? I lover hearing her get shot down, but she'll still deny it
Honestly no matter how much I hate someone, I don't like seeing people do bad.
No disrespect to you guys
@@SuspectShot23but you do like for other people to know your superior though. If you didn’t you wouldn’t of commented this to let people know .
We all have issue around ego, some just admit it easier and are self aware
@@holliedollie799 no one said anything about being about being superior it's just a simple reply to a comment
Elise said she won someone over with her spaghetti yet the time she makes it for a challenge in the American classics for wolfgang puck she fails it horribly
Cooking for a date and cooking for a world-renowned chef are two completely different situations.
Chances are he loved her spaghetti just so he could win some points and sleep with her 😂
I mean, Elise was not in the show for so long because she was a strong cook. It was mainly for drama.
Don’t need to cook well if someone wants to get in your pants. Guys will say anything including “That spaghetti was edible”.
Literally 😂😂😂😂😂
If you get nervous when someone asks how old your significant other is you know you have a problem.
Hell's Kitchen tradition would've dictated that Elise's dessert was amazing since it wasn't chosen, so I'm so glad fate wouldn't let that happen this one time.
Scotleys fault
@@lerx_mex7601 Do you think your cringe comments are funny? Or you have a goal to be annoying? Sounds like a child who thinks that repeating 1 joke is funny
I’m 25 and I could never imagine dating a 19 year old. Let alone being 31.
Yeah i was a bit shocked lol
Any grown adult willing to date someone fresh out of high school is weird.
The way Elise was humbled satisfied me so much but the fact that carrie is over here laughing makes her need humbling too 😆
Honestly, Carrie was just as bad. People always go on about Elise’s attitude (which mind you was unbearable) yet Carrie didn’t know when to shut up during challenges; that and she was very overconfident for someone who couldn’t go past sandwich girl level when it came to cooking.
@@myu5519 Carrie was infuriating throughout the show but every time i saw elises face i just always wished that she would just up and leave the competition. Was so thrilled when she got eliminated but then she came back in allstars smh. Felt happy i got to see her get eliminated twice xD
I'm forever fascinated by Elise's narcissism. She is genuinely incapable of accepting criticism and she'll do the most elaborate mental acrobatics to twist words in defense of her ego
Feel so bad for whoever is unfortunate enough to be Elise’s husband.
I feel bad that dumbasses like you think her acting like this on TV is how she acts in real life.
Literally
Maybe he's just like her
Scotleys fault
I feel bad how people like you talk about others like you talk about people’s relationships like that
"Carrie always plays it safe"
probably cause the time she didn't, there was sugar in her mashed potatoes
🤣
Hold up Elise put vinegar in something that’s supposed to be sweet ?!?!?!
Sounds like her. Take something sweet, and ruin it.
@@seanswinton6242 no balance.
Vinegar can work in a dessert if you know how to execute it (See: Fred from Masterchef S10)
Maybe she was trying to make the berries a little tart? But idk why she chose vinegar instead of lemons, seems like it would've worked better taste wise and it's harder to put too much lemon juice
not that weird as many desserts tend to have contradictory ingredients that actually make it better (for example: salt, which can be used to mask bitterness in many desserts)
Jason Underwood would be excellent at the dessert challenge. He just needs some sugar, butter, and cocoa powder so he can rub it around the rim.
He also needs 1 more minute
@@Tobbelitto622 I don’t understand that. I’m not from Texas.
You're gonna take some sugar and put it around the rim?
Ramsay: _bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang bang_
And Colleen's gonna serve it with raw pastry
will admitting his dish was subpar and that the judges knew better than him was nice to see. it's really annoying seeing so many chefs claim they know better than the judges as an excuse for putting up a bad dish!
If I had a 31 year old son and his brain and spirit was in a place where he thought pursuing an 18 yr old is okay, I’ve failed as a parent. 31 isn’t old but that is a huge ass age to be running in the same circles (i.e. looking) for 18 y.os.
He said his girlfriend was 19
Why though? Some girls like older men, so there has to be older men who like younger girls, obviously legal age though
@@neeltrip2443 legal doesnt make it right
@@moon-moth1 If they can't get into a relationship why can they drink, smoke, vape at that age? And power imbalance refers to boss and employee, not in age.... and you got a source about the abuser stat?
@@neeltrip2443you can’t drink at 19 😭
19:08 You can tell that Chef Ramsay’s drinking the water just to cover up the fact that he’s laughing.
😂yeah
Scotleys fault
You can tell just by looking at Jennifer's dish that it was the best dessert put up, and Paul's dish also was excellent.
My guess is that that's why the producers had Paul present his early and Jennifer present hers late. They knew that doing so would give the men the lead early and give the women the chance to come back.
Trevor got cooked...he got hit with the adjectives and metaphors lmao
I loved Trevor’s narration 😂
Scotleys fault
I agree. Maybe radio, broadcasting, or voice acting could've been his calling. His voice is different. Ask Wolowitz's mother from Big Bang Theory.
@@lerx_mex7601 Usually I get pissed off when you say that but I missed it coming from you. Is that Scotley’s fault too? 😂😂😂😂
Gordons face at 19:07 is the funniest thing ever. Her voice is so sweet and nice that it makes her critique sound even worse😂😂😂
He sips the water to hide his smirk 😂
7:01 I like it how he takes the L respectfully, he knows that they are the judges and expert on food, unlike others people who fume up easily with each criticism. With time that man is going to improve.
19 and 31, I think they should've called 911 lol, all jokes aside that insanely weird, I wonder how he even find her, "my girl" sounded gross but Elise was mad mad just to be the worst lol
The sweets can sweeten themselves. They know what they are.
I ain’t no beet
No peer pressure, we are sweets

Bret’s dishes just consist of risotto, risotto and more risotto
How did he not taste the rawness in his dish 🤷🏾
Damn nobodys gonna mention 31yo Tommy and his 19yo girlfriend??

8:12 Gordon: Alright, let the child present her dish.
Tommy will get his heart ripped out, a 31 yr old man has 0 in common w a 19 yr old girl... Real Cringy, speaks volumes on him...
There are men in this world who are in their 80's and 90's who are married to women in their early 20's, but yet people apparently don't seem to find any fault with that...
@Chill_Gamer_1031

A similar situation happened to me when I was 18, but thankfully I cut ties with him before he could use me. He was such a loser, preying on a girl just out of high school. 🤢

Elise was the worst on the team through and through, makes you wonder if she was sleeping with someone behind the scenes, or produces kept her on just for drama. Who tf puts vinegar in a trifle?
Scotleys fault
They brought her in as a chef, and she became a soap opera villianess!
Apparently it can be done, but in a specific way. Similar to adding coco power to some meat dishes to add richness or adding coffee to chocolate to bring out the chocolate flavour.
Vinegar would need to be cooked out, usually put in baked desserts that reduce the vinegar tastes usually lemons offer a solid alternative
remember Sabrina on season 6/7/8 I think. The blonde wearing glasses? She's also the worst. She was nominated lots of time, but Gordon kept her on the show, made me think "If I don't know any better, I would've thought Gordon's sleeping with her." Honestly. He put up with the drama. He hates drama. But he put up with her.
Its always funny when chefs say “idk where so & so got the idea that this concept fits”. Sticky buns are desserts in many cultures. The chefs need to broaden up their taste
Wtf did I hear, how is Gordon and everyone else so cool with this nasty man saying he's dating a 19 year old? He's 31, how old was she when they started dating? I never knew Tommy had this dark side to him, how appalling.
I used to like him, but knowing that is such a red flag bro…. And it makes his behavior on Hell’s Kitchen so creepy. Like i thought he was a 20 year old frat boy bachelor, but knowing he’s 31 dating a 19 year old girl and |making out with other girls in the show???| (apparently he was making out with his gf, his mom was sitting next to him)

19 and 31 is crazy
I don't trust a person that says "I f* hate desserts"... so weird
I think they meant that they hate making them
@@tarachristie933 I know that, that's why it's weird, desserts are the easiest thing, you just follow the recipe. Maybe they don't like it because it requires a good memory and knowing how to calculate ingredients quantity. It's not just throwing random salts and peppers and hope it turns out good.
@@mila6589what you just said sorta sides with the argument that making desserts/baking/etc is more difficult to make, and as to why someone might say they hate them 😅
I mean it ain’t wrong tbh. Arguably dessert is the most difficult course to make.
A lot of savory chefs struggle with desserts. There’s a saying: “Cooking is science. Baking is chemistry.” Not all people good at science are good at chemistry.
That one Chef literally hated all of the dishes. Makes you wonder if there might be an ego bias in place.

If you look at Wikipedia of Elise's name on the Contestants part, Her name was Elise Wims in Season 9 and in Season 17, her name turns to be Elise Wims-Harris. Well, Mr. Harris, you are the unluckiest man on Earth to marry Elise.
It’s kinda weird no one questioned the 31 yo that was dating a 19 yo… yeah yeah I know 18 is legal but damn, I think at least once you hit 30 you should not date any teenager only 20+
