Sir one question - in Agniveer scheme any person select in armed forces only for 4 years then fundamental rights of that person are suspended only for his tenure of service??? Question 2 - all the cooperative societies are registered??? If not then how can we say that this is cooperative society???
1. Yes. All the provisions around fundamental rights of members of armed forces are applicable to the Agniveers 2. If it is a co-operative society intending to benefit their members through the government schemes, they have to be registered. Otherwise its just a grouping of people
