Of course I know where it comes from. It comes from the internet.

  • @alondravelez5823

I have so much stuff from Paka!! I have base layers, sweaters, hoodies and just got the apu lightweight coat. Everything has been phenomenal

  • @HypnoticLasagna

Great time to redo my wardrobe :D. Nice interview! Thanks for posting and thanks to Kris for the information!

Great q and a , I fell in love with appalachian gear alpaca clothing will definitely have to check thsi company out

  • @rodoutdoors

Good job picking his brain. Interesting bit about the sourcing of wool.

  • @lukeflynn7025

    ❤ from 🇮🇪

  • @sherrambles

Would love to use Paka and generally alpaca clothing but they don't make my size. I believe they make up to a 2x which is decent but would like to see 3-6x availability. If they made my size, id buy it in a heartbeat!

  • @abl5516

Finally tossed all my merino base layers that were shredded and falling to pieces (smartwool) I went all in on alpaca from Arms of Andes (Black Friday deals...woohoo!) Excellent quality...Merino's days may be numbers

  • @DaveOffGrid

Really enjoyed leaning more about Paka! Unfortunately for a lot of folks weight is still king. As a mid-weight this is a decent option. I've seen some dudes use it as a base layer and it's too heavy. The anti-stink factor and sustainability is amazing but the cost and weight eliminates the benefits for most folks. Great mission and product though, wish them the best!

  • @jamesblake8245

I actually love alpaca gear! I'm shocked that fore people dont use it. I know its expensive but its juat a higher quality fabric. I have used Appalachian Gear Company but will definitely check out Paka because I really love their ideology.

  • @CroakerOutdoors

Checked out their product specs but the wool content seems very low compared to other brands.

  • @johnwright9930

    15% Alpaca in their items?

  • @kaspersergej

I love alpaca stuff, but the biggest problem I have is that it‘s always „Sold Out“ 😢

  • @maximusjoseppi5904

Alpaca is great but it's heavier than down
