Mazzyyyyyy
1/2 cup ghee
1-2 broken cinnamon sticks
7-8 long cloves
more than 1tsp zeera
roast this a little bit
2 medium onions
brown the onions
add 1/2 kg qeema
mix with onions
add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
mix for 1minute
add 5tomatoes
2-3tbslp water
cover for 5-10mins or untik tomatoes are soft
black pepper pwder 1/2 tsp
red chilli 1/2 tsp
salt 1tsp
mix for 6-7mins
add 1/2 cup water
cover and cook on slow for 20mins
oil should separate at this point
add yoghurt 1/2 cup
5-7mins cook
add 5 green chillies cut in half
ready
garnish with ginger and lemon
