Go for it and you won't regret inshaAllah.
There's only one thing that i did different is making tomatoes paste and not putting them like he shown in the video.
Reason if you may ask?
I don't have patience and it takes forever to eliminate tomato chunks sometimes🙄
Go with the paste instead and fry until there's not a single drop of water.

I tried this recipe today and it came out absolutely amazing. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone. It is simple to cook and doesn't involve hundreds of ingredients and prep time. A quick question, why do you have to remove the tomato peel in all karahi recipes? I did not remove the tomato peel when l cooked this and it still came out delicious. Thank you for sharing and l will now definitely try your other recipes 😊

Because the tomato skin doesn't desolve and some people don't like it. Also tomato skin is not easily digested by the human body
