Ole JD will bend you over further than the CAT man on parts. Every time. Rebuild cost on just the blade tilt cylinder, CAT would be half the cost of the JD. You could buy a spare set of CAT Cylinders and still be ahead of the JD in rebuilds.
Both are great dozers, but the Cat will still be running when that deere is getting scrapped for parts
