Terrible comparison. The JD piles is not touching the sand pile so it’s much easier to move. I operate loaders and heavy equipment for a living, CAT equipment shits all over John Deer in almost every aspect, John deer equipment generally has better air conditioning if that matters to you 🤣

I know this is a pretty old video now... but I have a 2009 LA175 (only 100+ hours on it in 2022) and found this (now discontinued) snowblower for sale new at a dealer. This unit (the 7005M) does not fit any mowers made after 2014. If I buy it, there's probably an almost zero likelihood that I could ever sell it, so I need to have the confidence that it will work for me. You've had lots of experience with yours, I assume. Was it a good unit for you? I live in interior Alaska.

The simple answer is that it depends entirely on the kind of dirt you're moving. If you look at the way they're loading, you can see dirt filling the can. Yes, there's spillage, but there's a hell of a lot more dirt going in the can than spilling out of it.
