Thank you Daddy’s kitchen for another great recipe. Your chops don’t look dry even though you cooked them partially in the oven. Mine are always dry 😢.Your caramelized apples are marvelous. I just tossed two apples that were older, not rotten but I could have used them over my oatmeal. Wish I had seen this vid ystrd. Anyway, thanks always for your family interactions & for your ending Bible verse, that I always look forward to reading. Please keep those great recipes coming bc I was raised eating all the parts of the hog, cow, fish etc.

Good morning fam 💗💗 I hope y'all are well! There's something about pork chops and apples that's delicious! My Mom would make this with fried apples or apple sauce for me when I was a kid. I think it's a savory + sweet thing going on. Lemon pepper is a great flavor surprisingly. I thought it was going to be a sour tangy flavor but no. Fresh lemon juice is added for that.
