Thanks for sharing. I have one this size and used real sheets of bark from an oak tree to make it look like it is built into a tree.... . It has six rooms. I used real mushrooms as steps going up the sides of it. I'm extremely happy with it.

I've been watching the fake bark -video tutorial for the last 3 weeks as a reference and am actually in a step where I need to start put the tp over the taped foil structure. I am inspired by your creative abilities. I have a question. I acquired a large 3 story old dollhouse and I would like to repurpose it into a gnome house but I am not sure how to go about the task. Do you have a video that would show me how and what materials to use ?
this house in the video you're commenting on actually started off as a small, 2 room, wooden dollhouse. I turned that into a stump then later I kept adding rooms and floors and it is what it is today, huge, lol When I started this one I didn't have this channel so all my first videos for the house went up on my other channel, Sharon Ojala, (that's my name) Back then I stripped the wooden house down then used foil, masking tape and paper towel to make the bark. You could remove them and then load them under the one you want them to be under how you do that is there is a download selection under your video and you download to your computer. Remove from the page you don't want them under and then load them again under the page you want them under. I do it all the time.
the problem with that is the dead external links I'd get from removing them. It'd be great if we can move them without losing the link. There's blogs and groups out there that have linked to those videos. I really don't want to upload them all here and leave them there too. I did add a playlist of all those videos here on my new channel, so they are easy to find and are all in one spot.
lol, no way.. glue guns are great as a 2nd pair of hands but not as actual glue. I only use hot glue to hold something in place while I work on attaching it with real glue. Life lessons learned years ago as I saw things that I hot glued together fall apart days later during a temperature change.
