Gosh I can't get over how immersive having the live action portions seamlessly interact with the animation is. It's like a 21st century "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" with the computer monitors getting moved around by Jonah. I'll also never not stop gushing over how good the voice acting is. I cannot wait for the next one!

The same book says there are many spirits under the rule of Camael who will serve a magician in many capacities." On the bright side he's not one of the fallen.

So Camael's the third angel. According to google, he's the angel that helps with peace in the world and people's struggling relationships. His name means "Risen by God" I think this season focuses on Segen and Jonah's relationship and the struggles of what happened prior to S1. This amplified when in the first tapes, Gabby told Jonah to go to a friend when he did the deed to his father, meaning he went to Segen as an alibi. As for Camael, though. I don't know what his true goal is or what happened to them in the game since they may be the only one in there from the three angels

I really, really appreciate the part where Jonah mentions them being uncertain is odd. When you grow up, and you see that from adults, it's a surreal experience, and to see it here with characters that aren't really human, it's just funny that it works all the same, i really, REALLY like the direction this is all heading in, I'm getting so excited, its like the first time watching it all over again!
I noticed those and 4:04 Daniel is spelled wrong. Always with the i/e reversal. I assume this isn't intentional and suspect one of the creators is dyslexic. Or maybe just makes similar typos a lot.
If Gabby is the caring mum and Zag is the cool uncle, I bet Cammy's going to be the older sibling that picks on children but still cares deeply for them.
I absolutely adore the interaction being crafted here between the real world and the characters' settings, and between the characters' settings. It has probably been said quite a bit, but it's not unlike stuff I imagined as a kid and it captures such a unique nostalgic feeling.
Gabby Zaggy Cammy I also really like this gives info that angels choose their media preference to appear to kids. So there could be so many other angels out there in any media form. The world has expanded.
Can't wait to see how Gabby and Zaggy interact with Cammy's world, though with what Gabby said about the broadcast giving her and Zaggy breaks. Cammy really has been stuck in the game all this time.
Love this! Like Jonah said, it’s unsettling seeing the gang acting uncertain. I haven't seen a ton of horror, but this is the first work I've seen leverage the fear that comes from seeing people you trust and depend on being unsure of themselves
Got caught up after stuff in real life stopped me from watching these first thing. I'm so excited to see Season 3! Having all of our heroes work together to try and solve something like this is a great idea. They're basically a group of paranormal detectives.
While we venture deeper with the beautifully haunting thumbnails, we are given a moment to see your incredible character dialogue and interactions flourish. It’s a great experience to see how the cast function as a group as they discuss about what to do with the game, as well as how each dynamic shines to showcase the personality amongst each individual. We have Gabriel’s strong sense of duty and want to save their fellow Angel, Zagzegel’s caution into heading into an unknown situation, and the fellow helpers assisting their Angels! The amount of information we got to learn is a godsend, from the reveal of various mediums being utilized, each with their positives and negatives as stated by Zag with the game, to finally learning the name of the third Angel. Two days before my birthday, and I’ve been treated to two absolutely phenomenal episodes, thank yall so much, and please, if the Voice Actors hear this, then all of y’all are truly spectacular in your fields and skills, as it is a treat in the audio department of how you bring depth and an icon to the cast, in tandem with how they are animated with much lively charm and delightful prowess by the artists. Me, I just love the continuation, after establishing Gabby and Zaggy as friendly enough entities, this feels like trying to reach in somewhere to 'rescue' a third. It's a different take to the usual sort of quasi-Ben Drowned 'evil video game' creepypasta stuff, you know?

Honestly I'm just so so excited to see Gabriel be an active participant in the current-day plot. We haven't really seen her getting to participate in the mystery-solving before; she's shown through memories in S1 and is missing in S2. Now she's actively on the case with Jonah and pals, and I'm super eager to see that!
Lead Detective of the What The Hell Is Happening Agency, ready to report. *First thing worth pointing out is the relationship between Jonah and Segen. Acording to the little Jonah actually recalls, it wasnt anything big: he was the neighbour's next door's kid and lost touch when they got older. Segen is proof Jonah doesnt remember the full story, and I think a certain winged hare is to blame for that part. *Adding to that, the lack of a phone call either means Segen's trying to stay clear of all the mess or...he wasnt lying when he said it was getting worse. *Gabby's keeping shut about anything relating spefically to Segen or Jonah...even when outright questioned, she just shrugs him off with words of determination. Im not letting her off the hook, but she does lead to a more intresting topic.... *CAMAEL. Neither Mikey nor Lucy, the mysterious third angel Cammy is known as a figure representing strength, courage and war. S/he was the one who, supposedly, bannished Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden, and more intrestingly, was one of a huge list officailly delisted by the Catholic Church due to the Vatican not liking anyone that isnt Micheal, Rapheal and Gaberial. *In Gabby's words, when the angels chose means to adapt, Cammy chose diffrently. A live interactive experience that a cautious Zag does not like very much. The problem with this, unfourtantly, is that cartoons stop broadcasting after awhile. Video Games? Not so much. Its more than likely s/he didnt have the best mental state after awhile, defiently hinted at when s/he was implied never to reach for her/his fellow angels. And that defiently doesnt bode well for the rescue party. Games dont work the same, with commands, user input...They leave the angels vunerable and in Zag's words: "Its gone wonky!". *We get a brief glimpse of Camael's personality, by the way. Headstrong, but not necessarily violent, acording to Zag and Gabby. That's all I could find on this. I have a feeling that Jonah’s memory loss regarding his dad is connected to Segen, as in they probably lost contact with each other around the same time. And this part is just pure speculation, but with how Segen acts, and the notes that Zaggy gives regarding his media tactic of an interactive game, makes me think that Cammy failed in his goal. Segen definitely seems to be more distant and reluctant in trying to get help, and as other commenters have said, Camael is meant to teach assertiveness in a way. Also, in the first episode Segen says that he got the game when he was a kid, and “never stopped playing it,” even when he’s a full fledged adult now. That’s way different from Gabby’s case, where we saw, what, 4-5 episodes of altered footage before fixing Jonah’s issues? I’ll assume the live broadcast was weekly, so that couldn’t have been more than a month or two of Angel Gabby interacting with Jonah. If This videogame has stuck with Segen for most of his life, that tells me that Cammy hasn’t solved his issues, and the recent strange behavior being Cammy finally reaching a breaking point. Still not sure on what Jonah being in the game entails.

The Church loves angels, and acknowledges that there are _tons_ of them, including our personal guardian angels. The problem is that one of the favorite tricks of _demons_ is to _present themselves_ as being angels, to get more leverage over the desperate and ignorant. Sts. Can I just say how much I LOVE seeing Gabby and Zaggy work together in their "homeworld" art styles? Makes it feel like a crossover event even though all the material is original to Angel Hare as a series. I'm really soft for stuff that takes advantage of how works of fiction can seem like other "worlds." Excited to see how Camael (Cammy?) might round out the trio! (...hopefully as a friend and not a foe...but I can live with either one...)

I have to agree, it is a bit off-putting seeing our little cartoon friends with some doubt about the game's format(?). But I can't wait to see how this new little quest goes!
aaaaaAAAAAA THE POTENTIAL HORROR OF "living entity indefinitely at the whim of someone else who wasn't ready to leave and hasn't gotten the intended message" just hit with max force. which is also a really awesome problem space to explore and that will also be some extreme grade fandom fuel for people who start thinking about all of the ways that it _could_ have gone if it went off the rails of what the story itself exists to do.

So I’m assuming something went very wrong for Cameal. Never reaching out to the other angels, choosing to inhabit a medium that is implied to be difficult and Segen being absolutely terrified of the game doesn’t imply good things about what potentially has happened.
1:18 This was the best part for me. A rare candid moment where we hear the angels speak candidly about What they do and How they do it. I get the feeling they’ve had many conversations and internal debates on this topic long before Jonah came back along. Aside from that, they should tread lightly, if Segen’s Angel sees Jonah as a threat, I’d rather not see what happens when an Angel gets… combative.

I Googled Camael because I'd never heard of him. His Wikipedia article basically reads "Camael is an angel. The Pope officially de-listed him in 2001" and the "Further Reading" section is longer than the actual article.

got into the series just in time for season 3 so it seems. dont got much else to say that hasnt been already but god I LOVE the mix of live action and the charaters responding through the various monitors. Francis seems very excited to meet Camael (or "Angel Cammy"). Quite the contrast to how fearful he used to be of such things. I REALLY hope we get to see him do the meet and greet with "Cammy" just as Gabby taught him in that early lesson!
Im absolutely on the edge of my seat. More interaction between jonah and the gang, as well as the gang amongst themselves, is SUCH a treat. The production in the live action segments just makes me so happy to see. And the music? Oh the MUSIC. The background track and the end credits do such an amazing job at making this feel uncertain and dangerous. Zagzagel's season was a wild ride on its own with the confusion and uncertainty of what happened to gabby, but EVERYONE in the cast feeling unsure makes this feel wrong in the best way possible. The credits music made me feel like i was about to step into a boss fight. And man, i cannot WAIT to see what it holds 🤣 Also i dont know if you guys were ever into creepypasta, but the sort of reversed sounding 8-bit music for the credits reminds me of ben drowned in a way, which adds to the unease
Of course Gabby is the one most willing to go into the game. I wonder what her stance is on Doom? Does it give her War in Heaven flashbacks? Or would she gladly rocket-duel a horde of Revenants? I doubt that she'd rocket-duel the Cyberdemon, since his explosive-resistance makes rocket-duelling less than ideal, so hopefully she'd save a healthy amount of Cells for the Plasma Rifle.

I absolutely adore the interaction being crafted here between the real world and the characters' settings, and between the characters' settings. It has probably been said quite a bit, but it's not unlike stuff I imagined as a kid and it captures such a unique nostalgic feeling.

Got caught up after stuff in real life stopped me from watching these first thing. I'm so excited to see Season 3! Having all of our heroes work together to try and solve something like this is a great idea. They're basically a group of paranormal detectives.
While we venture deeper with the beautifully haunting thumbnails, we are given a moment to see your incredible character dialogue and interactions flourish. It’s a great experience to see how the cast function as a group as they discuss about what to do with the game, as well as how each dynamic shines to showcase the personality amongst each individual. We have Gabriel’s strong sense of duty and want to save their fellow Angel, Zagzegel’s caution into heading into an unknown situation, and the fellow helpers assisting their Angels! The amount of information we got to learn is a godsend, from the reveal of various mediums being utilized, each with their positives and negatives as stated by Zag with the game, to finally learning the name of the third Angel. Two days before my birthday, and I’ve been treated to two absolutely phenomenal episodes, thank yall so much, and please, if the Voice Actors hear this, then all of y’all are truly spectacular in your fields and skills, as it is a treat in the audio department of how you bring depth and an icon to the cast, in tandem with how they are animated with much lively charm and delightful prowess by the artists. Me, I just love the continuation, after establishing Gabby and Zaggy as friendly enough entities, this feels like trying to reach in somewhere to 'rescue' a third. It's a different take to the usual sort of quasi-Ben Drowned 'evil video game' creepypasta stuff, you know?

Honestly I'm just so so excited to see Gabriel be an active participant in the current-day plot. We haven't really seen her getting to participate in the mystery-solving before; she's shown through memories in S1 and is missing in S2. Now she's actively on the case with Jonah and pals, and I'm super eager to see that!

*First thing worth pointing out is the relationship between Jonah and Segen. Acording to the little Jonah actually recalls, it wasnt anything big: he was the neighbour's next door's kid and lost touch when they got older. Segen is proof Jonah doesnt remember the full story, and I think a certain winged hare is to blame for that part.
*Adding to that, the lack of a phone call either means Segen's trying to stay clear of all the mess or...he wasnt lying when he said it was getting worse.
*Gabby's keeping shut about anything relating spefically to Segen or Jonah...even when outright questioned, she just shrugs him off with words of determination. Im not letting her off the hook, but she does lead to a more intresting topic....
*CAMAEL. Neither Mikey nor Lucy, the mysterious third angel Cammy is known as a figure representing strength, courage and war. S/he was the one who, supposedly, bannished Adam and Eve from the Garden of Eden, and more intrestingly, was one of a huge list officailly delisted by the Catholic Church due to the Vatican not liking anyone that isnt Micheal, Rapheal and Gaberial.
*In Gabby's words, when the angels chose means to adapt, Cammy chose diffrently. A live interactive experience that a cautious Zag does not like very much. The problem with this, unfourtantly, is that cartoons stop broadcasting after awhile. Video Games? Not so much. Its more than likely s/he didnt have the best mental state after awhile, defiently hinted at when s/he was implied never to reach for her/his fellow angels.
And that defiently doesnt bode well for the rescue party. Games dont work the same, with commands, user input...They leave the angels vunerable and in Zag's words: "Its gone wonky!".
*We get a brief glimpse of Camael's personality, by the way. Headstrong, but not necessarily violent, acording to Zag and Gabby.

I have a feeling that Jonah’s memory loss regarding his dad is connected to Segen, as in they probably lost contact with each other around the same time.
And this part is just pure speculation, but with how Segen acts, and the notes that Zaggy gives regarding his media tactic of an interactive game, makes me think that Cammy failed in his goal. Segen definitely seems to be more distant and reluctant in trying to get help, and as other commenters have said, Camael is meant to teach assertiveness in a way. Also, in the first episode Segen says that he got the game when he was a kid, and “never stopped playing it,” even when he’s a full fledged adult now. That’s way different from Gabby’s case, where we saw, what, 4-5 episodes of altered footage before fixing Jonah’s issues? I’ll assume the live broadcast was weekly, so that couldn’t have been more than a month or two of Angel Gabby interacting with Jonah. If This videogame has stuck with Segen for most of his life, that tells me that Cammy hasn’t solved his issues, and the recent strange behavior being Cammy finally reaching a breaking point.
Still not sure on what Jonah being in the game entails.
"The Vatican doesn't like anyone that isn't Michael, Raphael, and Gabriel" isn't exactly true. The Church loves angels, and acknowledges that there are _tons_ of them, including our personal guardian angels.
The problem is that one of the favorite tricks of _demons_ is to _present themselves_ as being angels, to get more leverage over the desperate and ignorant. Sts. Gabriel, Michael, and Raphael are explicitly named in canon Scripture, so we can rest assured that these are real names of real angels, but we aren't certain of the circumstances under which Man learned (or made up) names like, say, "Camael" or "Zagzagel" (though those two specifically are old and stem from Jewish folklore, which is a relatively good sign), let alone any of the myriad names found in more modern "Angelology" books, many of which are steeped in New Age hoo-ha rather than Christianity, written by self-proclaimed mystics, psychics, and even witches.
It's certainly _possible_ that many of these names are real angels, God reaches out to all kinds, but we can't be _sure_ which are real and which are nicknames adopted by demons to sound more legitimate, or else are just nonsense made up by shysters to sell books.
Some alleged angel names are old and first found in Christian or Jewish sources, and "pious tradition" goes a long way in getting the thumbs-up from the Church, but demons are just too dangerous, so barring some future Church-investigated, Church-approved private revelation, the advice is "Ignore all the names you've heard and don't ask your guardian angel for its name, lest your prayer be answered by something else; stick to calling the three Archangels by name and call your guardian angel 'my guardian angel'. Heaven is not the Post Office; they won't lose your prayer just because there's no name on it".

Can I just say how much I LOVE seeing Gabby and Zaggy work together in their "homeworld" art styles? Makes it feel like a crossover event even though all the material is original to Angel Hare as a series. I'm really soft for stuff that takes advantage of how works of fiction can seem like other "worlds." Excited to see how Camael (Cammy?) might round out the trio! (...hopefully as a friend and not a foe...but I can live with either one...)

which is also a really awesome problem space to explore and that will also be some extreme grade fandom fuel for people who start thinking about all of the ways that it _could_ have gone if it went off the rails of what the story itself exists to do.
I love how the game is made by AWOL, showing that this hare did something unexpected or out of line by choosing a gaming format instead of cartoons

So I’m assuming something went very wrong for Cameal. Never reaching out to the other angels, choosing to inhabit a medium that is implied to be difficult and Segen being absolutely terrified of the game doesn’t imply good things about what potentially has happened.
1:18 This was the best part for me. A rare candid moment where we hear the angels speak candidly about What they do and How they do it. I get the feeling they’ve had many conversations and internal debates on this topic long before Jonah came back along.
Aside from that, they should tread lightly, if Segen’s Angel sees Jonah as a threat, I’d rather not see what happens when an Angel gets… combative.

I Googled Camael because I'd never heard of him. His Wikipedia article basically reads "Camael is an angel. The Pope officially de-listed him in 2001" and the "Further Reading" section is longer than the actual article.

Francis seems very excited to meet Camael (or "Angel Cammy"). Quite the contrast to how fearful he used to be of such things. I REALLY hope we get to see him do the meet and greet with "Cammy" just as Gabby taught him in that early lesson!

Im absolutely on the edge of my seat. More interaction between jonah and the gang, as well as the gang amongst themselves, is SUCH a treat. The production in the live action segments just makes me so happy to see. And the music? Oh the MUSIC. The background track and the end credits do such an amazing job at making this feel uncertain and dangerous. Zagzagel's season was a wild ride on its own with the confusion and uncertainty of what happened to gabby, but EVERYONE in the cast feeling unsure makes this feel wrong in the best way possible. The credits music made me feel like i was about to step into a boss fight. And man, i cannot WAIT to see what it holds 🤣
Also i dont know if you guys were ever into creepypasta, but the sort of reversed sounding 8-bit music for the credits reminds me of ben drowned in a way, which adds to the unease
Of course Gabby is the one most willing to go into the game. I wonder what her stance is on Doom? Does it give her War in Heaven flashbacks? Or would she gladly rocket-duel a horde of Revenants? I doubt that she'd rocket-duel the Cyberdemon, since his explosive-resistance makes rocket-duelling less than ideal, so hopefully she'd save a healthy amount of Cells for the Plasma Rifle.
