The Crabs in a bucket analogy reminds me of the quote: “Each time I want to fight for African rights, I use only one hand, because the other hand is busy trying to keep away Africans who are fighting me.” Great conversation. Watching from Kenya.

I don't think it's something admirable. Actually I viewed it as rude, and as for the host, he needs to take control of his show. How can two people fail to identify each others boundaries like this and for this long?! Something sick about it. That they both didn't notice or if they did, none of them asserted themselves in any timely fashion.

Black American here and its quite interesting to see how other people see our problems from the outside in without actually having a conversation with or interviewing an Black Ameircan. I've notice how other ameircans like comparing Black Americans to other minoirty groupns in Ameirca when those groups themselves have not been rooted in the foundation of American History. That's like me being Dominican FROM the Dominican Republic and not understanding US history as I would not be rooted to the difficulties that once were. Most people in America who are not Black American can't even tell the defference between Black People until Black People open their mouths.
I know its hard for most people to believe who are forginers as well as some Americans who never challange their biased views, because you can not compare anything to some of the experinces of others, because you youreself have not left your own comfortzone/bubble to actually educate yourself and enlighten yourself to others plight. Same thing we say to others in the US who have not left their own community, but see forginers move in next to them but do not understand their plight and say "why are you here" without educating themselves about the history of that region or the people groups there and have never been there.
While living out of the country as a Black American (Dominican Republic) and having family living in Europe(Finland, Australia) who are nationals from those countries of orgin. I've seen a trend where Americans want to put other "Black" groups aginst Black America. If I was a low life I could borad cast how in DR kids hands get chopped off with mechetties or how Hindus in India are killing Muslims. These same immagrants come to our country with their own CAST SYSTEMS and Impose them on Black America. They also have no regard for learning American History and spew false doctrins. I now understand as a Black American that we don't have any friends but everyone enjoys our culture, food, and our heros. Growing up I couldn't understand why other ethnic groups hated my people and we've done nothing to you all historically, but like to open up stors and gastations in prodominetly Black American neighborhoods and use racial slurs in their native toung while we buy what they sell.
I am a Black American from Chicago and have family roots in Mississippi, Alabama, and Lousiana. Part of my family passed for white and ran away from being Black and from the Black side of my family in the late 1880's and fled North as things were percieved to be easier for "White Passing Black People" in the Norther States. Later we had Jim Crow and Segration, my Great - Grandmother was born in 1914 and she passed in 2009. She and her sisters told stories of how they surived the Jim Crow South and battled segrating in Chicago.
During the 1920's-1960's some Black Americans from the South went up North for better opportunities as at that time Manufacturing plants began to boom (Ford, Meat Factories). With the opportunities that came from migrating within their own country, also came discrmination and segration. My Grandmother was born in 1940 and is alive till this day and has stories about the horrors "Other Americans" have done to her and my family, but there are also some great one's who've helped our family advance in America as the saying was in those times " You take what the White Man gives you and live by your daily bread". Black Americans could not get loans from banks so they had to get them from "White Americans".
Now we sit here today with other Americans interviewing other Black people who are Not American, who know nothing about American History but see whats on TV and provide disinformation and segration about a people group that both people could care less for. Some people outside of America don't consider themselves Black or care for our History, but want to live off of others sweat equity. Some Kenyans don't even consider themselves Black, some consider themselves Arab. So now YOU think you are talking to a "Black Man" but youre talking to a "Black Arab". As a Black American we've been bamboozled for fighting for civial right for all people, for them to just team up with other groups of people in America and outside to hate Black America. We know we have our problems but none of you want to participate in assisting like how our ancestors assisted other black people for 200+ years, but like to enjoy the food, music, cloths, slang. Most of the stuff you see today is not real black culture, which is rooted in education and school houses in the southern states when It was illigal to read and write for a time.
One of the questions people like to do to divide Black America with other groups is, "Why do they do better than Black America". With the events I've listed above, immigrants did not have to fight for anythign in America and reap the bennifits. America likes to compare immigrants to Black Americas plight, but immigrants fail to realize that America doesn't like them either. As a Black American whos LIVED outside the US, I could ask the same ignorant questions of other Black People in the world. Why when I go to Kenya why are they so poor, why are some parts wealthy and some parts ran down. Why when I go to DR there are shootings and people getting miss identified as Hatian and shot because of "looking Hatian".
The events I've listed above were not that long ago as Others want you to believe and there still hasn't been a video on the History, Experince, and Stories from well to do Black Americans in 10+ months

As a single man who has always had fears to take decisions mostly fearing the outcome of those crucial decisions I needed to take, I feel more emancipated by this guy's speech. The truth that flows from him nothing but the truth.. I qualify to have lined more with my mother than my father who was always away and when he was around, he seemed mute and every advice given to me about anything was by my mum.
How I never had to have girls all way through my high school, to extent of feeding me that everyone around me was jealous of me because of my wisdom in class. Those 6 years of highschool I acted through out like a saint yet deep within me the urge to mingle with them girls was 100%.
If my dad was involved maybe I would have lived those years fully because they were real hell.
I had not to eat from other homes because as Andrew has said"witchcraft" theories. It affected my personality to today. So much intro, sharing myself with only a few I trust. But deep down I know I am a person who likes sharing my self and I know I am outwardly made. But I guess have no right company to to extract me from the nutshell.
But the most crucial is the fear to take up a thought into action due to fear of failure yet consciously you are aware that it's the right decision. She is so cautious in her decisions, takes long to execute them. That's the real me.😢

He is a great role-model and an inspirational figure. His personal narrative serves as motivation for others; his approach is practical and authentic, not theoretical. He has never been a corporate slave or one who panders to anyone; he does not act like a coward or placate women or the system. Kibe, you will remember this day and this interview many years to come. I have been following you from the "rooftop era" and seen your ups and downs. But this time you have found you...your calling...this is you. I am a Kenyan-American "diasporian" who's lived here for over 30 years and I share similar outlook to so many of the issues you talk about. You will meet challenges, obstacles. and "cancellations"... but please never stop being authentic and speaking your mind. Being silent due to fear or wanting to be validated... is a script many a men adhere to blindly. You are on a warpath that you have never walked on before...you are in environment where the optics are more important than the content...where big money propagate, albeit insidiously, the demise of Man through emasculation by the female gender backed by police, the judicial system, and feminism...Growth and sustainability of any community is significantly intertwined by the growth of Man

As a Kenyan who has been in America for 20 years and I am 40. Kibe is looking at black in America through a very narrow view(like the analogy of water in the glass). He does not understand that in his high school very few became kibe and made money, not because they were not trying but because they may not have had a marketable talent. There is things like lack of college education, lack of father figure etc . For a new immigrant 20 dollars an hr may seem like a lot of money but you can make that for 30 years and still end up homeless in your 50s because it all ends up going to bills. But he do speak his truth, women definitely are different.

I think everybody in the world has challenges and unfavorable circumstances in life. Kibe just used what He had that moment which was a phone. I have never been an immigrant to any country but no matter how much little you get paid you should use it to enhance your life and future because complaining about the amount or your problems will either lead you to despair or stagnation. He was sleeping on the floor now driving a Mercedes in America that's what he said. It's not about his talent it's about his mentality and using what you have.

Nah kibe is 100% correct. I went to university in Boston Black Americans were the lowest achievers no effort at all. I came to realize most of them came to uni because universities gave quotas to minorities (blacks). Other immigrants from even war torn countries from all over the earth including blacks from Africa and the carribean excelled
easily. I came to realize it boiled down to how they were raised. In black America single motherhood is the norm over 70% of households are broken homes according to their statistics bureau this in turn creates a very emotional populace, criminal activity and low achievers. You can replicate this scenario in any major urban centre across the world where single parenthood has crept in, but with black America it is a problem as it is the norm in the general society. This is the first step black Americans need to acknowledge to heal their community. In the US there are racist individuals (like all over the world)but absolutely zero racist institutions however because of being raised by feminine energy and a less supervised childhood Black Americans are knee deep in victim mentality while being low achievers. I disagree with Kibe about blacks being cursed though. Just like Black Americans ,Africans do also have their shortcomings.

@@janendegwa5462 man just said it as it is. It's the victim mentality of the black man to be angry with the yt man just becausehe is white. And this problem is systematic. You wonder why Kibe isn't? First he is a masculine alpha male. Second, there's no noise in his head. He's UNPLUGGED. You see the black male has been raised to submit to the woman and not to offend the woman. What that does is that it takes the strength from the man and makes him emotional at everything. The yt men are alpha. Their women submit to them. For the black men the women are "strong and independent" their men submit to them. And this the black women have been told times and times again. Kibe is able to naturally ooze the masculine energy so well by just being himself and counter whatever feminine forces that are destroying the black man. Notice the yt man everywhere is better off because chances are he was raised by a strong masculine father. Not a strong independent black woman.
