PHXFD MidRise Fire Response + Engine 9 responding

Here you will see Engine 4, Ladder 4, Engine 3, and Ladder 1 responding to a Midrise fire in 9's area. The call ended up being a small propane tank flaring up so they were able to handle with Engine 4, Engine 9 and South Deputy. Ladder 4 & Hazmat 4 were special back to the scene so they can mitigate the propane tank, you can also see them use a operation called a flaring off, which can be seen in clip 5 & 6. You will also see Engine 9 responding to chest pain in the same area.
Units assigned : Battalion 1, Engine 9, Ladder 9, Engine 4, Ladder 4, Engine 905, Engine 5, South Deputy, Command Response Vehicle , Ladder 1, Engine 1, Engine 62, Engine 10 . Engine 3, Engine 8, Heavy Rescue 8, Rescue 8, Battalion 2, and North Deputy.
