Salivary gland histology - Structure, secretory cells and ducts

Salivary glands (SG) are compound, exocrine glands whose function is to secrete saliva.
Saliva, 90% of which is secreted by major salivary glands (which we shall discuss subsequently), is a multifunctional fluid, helping in maintaining the integrity of the oral cavity in various ways.

Man even if English isnt my mother tongue you are clearer in english than many professors in my mother tongue( subtitles are awesome thanks, since they help me when i lose a word in the text); and i have been speaking my mothertongue since i was a toddler i guess lol, thank you, i think im starting to grasp this better 💟, the animations are useful.
