Recently, Cyclonic Storm Michong, which originated in the Bay of Bengal, has hit India. It has majorly affected the east coast of South India. Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Puducherry have been particularly affected by this. On the other side, Volcano Marapi erupts. The debris generated due to this explosion spread to the nearby villages. This explosion was so intense that its ash spread to the surrounding areas up to a distance of 3000 meters. Some people have also died as a result of the explosion.
In the other section, Recently the winter session of Parliament has started. On the very first day of the session, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan introduced the 'Central Universities Amendment Bill, 2023'. This bill has been brought to amend the 'Central Universities Act, 2009'. Along with that, 6 planets orbiting a star have been identified in the galaxy. These have been named 'sub-Neptunes'. These planets were called 'sub-Neptunians' because they are smaller versions of Neptune present in our solar system, which are rotating in a cyclic rhythm. Apart from this, the star of this group has been named 'HD110067'.
