I personally still love all of Lamb of Gods' albums lmao. Easily one of the best bands to look at when you want just massive, intense riffs. I feel like any band that channels that southern metal (Pantera) vibe can just riff for days. Every Time I Die is another great example of a band like that too
Sacrament was pretty good to. This guy seems to only like older stuff from bands... I guess it is more original at that point. The bands have years to write it while trying to make it big.
Jamie it's so cool watching you progress and grow as both a TH-camr and musician...been here since 7k subs and im pumped for you to hit 50,100,250k, and so on! Keep jamming 🤘🤘🤘🤘
My absolute favorite album of all time. I’ve been playing through Ashes for around 12 years now, and I’m still not perfect with it all. Amazing guitar work throughout the entire album. Such an accurate snapshot of who they were at the time.
where do you go from here? this album is one of the best ever written.... i guess you could do an early high on fire album if you wanted some competition.
Best album of theirs, without a doubt. Love all their albums, but this takes the cake man. And you kill it man! Great video. Love the tone and guitar as well. Horns brother🤘
Wow, glad I found this channel. I love lamb of god and apparently Jamie does too. Love hearing the riffs, I always wished I could play their stuff. GOD ITS SO GOOD
I hope England will do alrighty Hadn't gone as far since 1990 For them, I hope, I dream, I pray But at least I know that Jamie slays. I'm Irish but still rooting for England!
As the Palaces Burn is my favourite from Lamb of God, but Ashes of the Wake would be an extremely close second. I just prefer the rawness of Palaces. Would love to see you cover some of the brutal riffs on Palaces in a video.
I love this album and LoG! Next album please do Follow the Reaper by Children of Bodom! Edit: My favorite LoG song is One Gun, killer riffs, drums, and lyrics!
This is a pretty awesome concept and I hope it takes off. You should definitely do Alive or Just Breathing by Killswitch Engage or The Price of Existence by All Shall Perish.
Desolation Incarnate bro price of existence is what baptized me into the heavier side of metal I was in 10th grade when that came out and it didn’t leave my CD player til a year after I graduated. Chris storey is the reason I do 4 finger walks in a lot of my solos
Dammmmm dude You definitely killed it.. Lamb of God is one of my favorite bands..I have saved this video blasting it in my garage.. I don't think the neighbors are to happy though. Lol
Little friendly bit of advice, the pinch harmonic you slide up to in omerta is a half step up from where you played it! You're fucking awesome bro and you inspire me to make my own channel!
Hey man no worries, I love Trivium and ALMOST all their albums. Ascendancy for me was my absolute favourite thing when it came out. I just love the direction they went with Crusade and Shogun. Both incredible albums.
When two dudes grow up jamming together it shows man. Just the first three bands that come to mind Lamb of God, Pantera, Van Halen. Can't wait to see more videos brohemoth.
OutFuckinStanding job! I just witnessed Lamb Of God supporting Slayers final tour in Orlando last month. It was awesome and they played a couple of songs off of the Ashes of the Wake album. Keep the kool guitar videos coming. Wondering if you ever listened to Coroner or have any interest in playing anything by them.
Dont like the newer albums?? I agree that Ashes Of The Wake was their best album, but the newer albums are also great man! Wrath has some insanely cool riffs on it! You should definitely go give the newer albums another listen man
The best Lamb of God album (in my opinion) is definitely As The Palaces Burn. That album is killer from beginning to the end. Badass video as always Jamie!
Lamb of god have always been fairly awesome and this is their best album. Great as always Jamie!!! Can I request Ride the Lightning? That album is a masterpiece
Listening to this album all the way is a experince ill treasure always. Its such a good album. I think a video of this on a Pantera album or Meshuggah album would have me sold
Hey! Sacrament is an all killer album by LoG too! But you should DEFINITELY make this a series Jamie (: And might I suggest Whitechapel's self titled album to do next?
That was highly enjoyable! LoG is one of my favourite metal bands. It's tough to say which is my favourite album, but Ashes of the Wake is right up there! VII: Sturm and Drang is also great, especially after what Randy has been through. What's your opinion of Chris Adler leaving?
AHHH NOOO YOU MISSED THE BEST RIFF OF THE ALBUM! The chorus riff from Blood of the Scribe is one of the sickest riffs of all time!
Jake McB one of my all time favourites
Hands down!
Yes. Every couple of months i have to jam that one. It’s so much fun to play.
Played the shit outta these back in high school days, such fun songs to play.
Dude I played the shit outta your videos AND these songs in high-school. Never expected to see you commenting on this, awesome.
@@gageayers3543 bruh same.. talk about worlds colliding.
The Blackening by Machine Head was an absolute stormer from start to finish. Insane amount of riffs too!
through the ashes of empires does that for me
Dude fuck yes
YES
Agreed I love that album
hell yes. that album is riff porn
Easily one of the best albums out there. I got to catch them live last year with Slayer closing and Behemoth opening... killer show!
Blutige Tränen I saw them last summer too! That show was one of the best I've ever been to!
Jake McB I'm seeing them again this year... Slayer, Lamb of God, Anthrax and others!
Couldn’t be more happier that you done this album! Ashes of the wake is my favourite album! What an absolute cracking album!
Silent Willow I've never heard "cracking" before. Where does it come from?
LoonaticX it’s slang
Liam Hughes American or elsewhere?
LoonaticX uk
Silent Willow Just dont actually crack the album 😂
Ashes of The Wake has Omerta therefore nothing can stop it but Ruin is amazing for As The Palaces Burn. My favs from Lamb Of God :)
Lucian Walz Those two and Sacrament are easily their best albums.
Lucian Walz Omerta is my favorite LOG song but damn that whole album is hard to beat. I had to get it on vinyl
Jamie it's so cool watching you progress and grow as both a TH-camr and musician...been here since 7k subs and im pumped for you to hit 50,100,250k, and so on! Keep jamming 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Aww thanks bro. I love your support
My absolute favorite album of all time. I’ve been playing through Ashes for around 12 years now, and I’m still not perfect with it all. Amazing guitar work throughout the entire album. Such an accurate snapshot of who they were at the time.
But... Sum 41's album is all killer and no filler...
And Ashes of the wake easily is what got me into lamb of god, amazing album
Riffs from Sacrament album as well! Love it!
That was fantastic!! Thank you for taking the time to do this. Hands down, Ashes of the Wake is by far one of my favorite albums \m/
where do you go from here? this album is one of the best ever written.... i guess you could do an early high on fire album if you wanted some competition.
Crustis ... and should we really caaarree ....
God damn, I bang my neck so hard whenever I hear The Faded Line.
That album holds up so damn well!
Master of puppets, vulgar display of power, the end of heartache ? All such killer legendary albums
I dont have end of heartache on vinyl. Does it exist?
Best album of theirs, without a doubt. Love all their albums, but this takes the cake man.
And you kill it man! Great video. Love the tone and guitar as well. Horns brother🤘
Sweet as man, given me inspiration to learn some Lamb of God riffs!!! Keen for more of this series!!
Truly a masterful album. Amazing job. Looking forward to this being a series!
Wow, glad I found this channel. I love lamb of god and apparently Jamie does too. Love hearing the riffs, I always wished I could play their stuff. GOD ITS SO GOOD
It’s definitely among my top ten metal albums. It almost never drags. The title track is one of the great metal instrumentals in recent memory.
I hope England will do alrighty
Hadn't gone as far since 1990
For them, I hope, I dream, I pray
But at least I know that Jamie slays.
I'm Irish but still rooting for England!
That’s. Fucking. Brilliant
AlexDoesGaming I'm welsh but i hope England do well in the world cup
They're going home
Blood junkie and Ashes of the Wake title track are my two favorite songs
Love love love your LOG videos!!! So good man keep em coming!!!
Fucking sick as always. Deff listing to this album while at work now. Keep it metal bro
As the Palaces Burn is my favourite from Lamb of God, but Ashes of the Wake would be an extremely close second. I just prefer the rawness of Palaces. Would love to see you cover some of the brutal riffs on Palaces in a video.
jiantjingerjohn this sums up my opinion of those 2 albums exactly as well.
Totally agree with this. I used to sit and play along with this album from start to finish on the guitar. Such a great one!
I love LoG. Amazing video. I think other videos of this serie would be again great.
Meshuggah or Gojira pleeease!!!
The choice on Gojira’s best album would be hard. Like to see what he thinks on that.
Brent Rhodes Probably From Mars To Sirius, but Way of All Flesh is pretty riffy too
From Mars to Sirius 💀🔥
their debut for sure
how would you even do all the different sections of Catch 33 without just basically playing it entirely
Nice concept idea! Could you make one for parkway drive or as i lay dying?
Chrizzl or both
Kellen Weiss Why not both?!
What a beautiful way to start the video. Also looking forward to this new series
Haha thanks bro!
Jamie Slays Had chance to watch the full vid now, and damn your alternate picking is clean. Good job on the vid mate
Haha thanks mate 😊
All shall perish-the price of existence is also all killer no filler. Yeah and killswitch-alive or just breathing, damn Unearth-oncoming Storm too 😂
LOVE THIS ALBUM!!!!!!!!!!
Be sweet to see you post more
It’s unreal how strong this album is. Great video!
I love this album and LoG!
Next album please do Follow the Reaper by Children of Bodom!
Edit: My favorite LoG song is One Gun, killer riffs, drums, and lyrics!
Your playing is absolutely impeccable. It makes everything seem way harder than it is to play. Absolutely killer skills!
Man this album does have cool riffs. Is there any chance you're going to do more of these? I like this series
That color saturation on your right arm sleeve is furking amazing!
Thanks bro!
This is a pretty awesome concept and I hope it takes off. You should definitely do Alive or Just Breathing by Killswitch Engage or The Price of Existence by All Shall Perish.
And i would've added BFMV- The Poison too!
Desolation Incarnate bro price of existence is what baptized me into the heavier side of metal I was in 10th grade when that came out and it didn’t leave my CD player til a year after I graduated. Chris storey is the reason I do 4 finger walks in a lot of my solos
Desolation Incarnate Nah, The End of Heartache or As Daylight Dies.
great job man, awesome playing and great taste in music ...thnxx for posting
Dammmmm dude You definitely killed it.. Lamb of God is one of my favorite bands..I have saved this video blasting it in my garage.. I don't think the neighbors are to happy though. Lol
man Omerta was such a banger back in the day. Great album overall!
Little friendly bit of advice, the pinch harmonic you slide up to in omerta is a half step up from where you played it! You're fucking awesome bro and you inspire me to make my own channel!
Aww thanks bro!!!!
Jamie Slays Thank YOU brother!
May I reccomend Waking The Fallen by A7x or Vulgar Display Of Power by Pantera? All songs on those albums are absolute gems.
Nathan Ross to jump in on this too.... Trivium Ascendancy is chock full of brilliant riffs
Personally I think Crusade is their best for Riffs that are fun to play. But Ascendancy has like light to the flies...so yeah.
Matt Seal respectfully disagree mate but Ascendancy really takes me back and holds a special place for me. I'll settle for Jamie doing both 👍🏻🤘🏻
Hey man no worries, I love Trivium and ALMOST all their albums. Ascendancy for me was my absolute favourite thing when it came out. I just love the direction they went with Crusade and Shogun. Both incredible albums.
screambluemurder101 Hell yeah, Trivum riffs in general are tight as hell.
That "One Gun' finger stretch though...lol
Omg I know!
hahah i could see the pain in your face lmao!
Yeah should try it on bass. Even less fun....
Maybe a Slipknot 1999 album (personal fav)
Rogul I've been bumping this in the 2600s
I don't know how you got this amazing crisp tone but I fucking love it!!
Amazing album, still one of my favorite albums! I can only agree with you, good job on this one and love that as a new series.
My favorite LoG album!! Awesome video, I want more!! :D Thx!!
Great choice love LOG and this album, a full cover of the ashes of the wake track would be dope just cuz not many youtubers are capable.
Fucking awesome bro! My all time fav LOG album as well. Excellent job!
Dude that was dope! You really do slay! And yeah probably the best metal album of all time🤙
Amazing! You play amazing! Every single fuckin riff was amazing! Nice job and well done!
When two dudes grow up jamming together it shows man. Just the first three bands that come to mind Lamb of God, Pantera, Van Halen. Can't wait to see more videos brohemoth.
The riff of laid to rest still lays me to rest!
I cant narrow it down to a favorite LoG album. They're all freakin awesome
Do it man! Would be an awesome series to watch
That was pretty fucking dope dude, subscribed!!
This will always be one of my fav albums
Probably one of the best albums the 2000s had to offer!
Hour Glass is one of my all time favorite songs! This whole album is great!
One of my favorite albums! Great performance
Nicely Done! Funny thing is the ad I got was for a free bible..
Haha that says a lot about you
Symbolic - Death
Rust in peace - Megadeth
Two perfect albums
That was awesome and I love your green ranger in the background!
Ashes of the wake was one of my favorite albums people should know by now the power of the willie and mark combo
Loved the mix!
The faded line and omerta are just a pleasure to play in my opinion!
Sylosis Edge of the Earth!
Oh man. Epic video of one of my favorite bands of all time
Dont like the newer albums?? I agree that Ashes Of The Wake was their best album, but the newer albums are also great man! Wrath has some insanely cool riffs on it! You should definitely go give the newer albums another listen man
They’re ok. They’re just not as good or on the same level
Justin Davis they started doing more drop C#
I'm glad I'm not the only one that notices this. After Wrath they really dropped off for me. None of their newer material stands out to me at all.
Crazy! Still echoes, 512, overlord, nightmare seeker are all killer tunes off their latest album
BROKEN HANDS THOUGH
This album is sick, i could never fully stomach Randy’s vocal style but damn them riffs!
Great vid, keep it up mate.
The best Lamb of God album (in my opinion) is definitely As The Palaces Burn. That album is killer from beginning to the end. Badass video as always Jamie!
the faded line is so haunting
You make it look so easy! Nice Dude!
That pinch in Omerta hits just right
Yehhhh
Lamb of god have always been fairly awesome and this is their best album. Great as always Jamie!!! Can I request Ride the Lightning? That album is a masterpiece
Break You tease:(
....and if you do Pantera it better be Far Beyond Driven bro.
Trendkiller shit man it could be any album by Pantera
Joshua Daniel True.
The faded line is my favorite Lamb Of God song
Niice. That's the only album I actually own by them and I loved it. Your playing is spot on.
Love seeing this video, one of my favorite albums ever
YES
Listening to this album all the way is a experince ill treasure always. Its such a good album. I think a video of this on a Pantera album or Meshuggah album would have me sold
Love the content and love some LOG any time of the day. Well done sir.
I bought this album after hearing Laid to Rest... did not regret it!
Hey! Sacrament is an all killer album by LoG too! But you should DEFINITELY make this a series Jamie (: And might I suggest Whitechapel's self titled album to do next?
Lank you for your contribution to the metal community.
Hey man your bad ass. Enjoyed it 🤘🏻🎸. Also what Ibanez is that? Looks sic man.
Rgaix6fm😊
Nice playing mate. I need to get better so I can do this! Cracking band and album too 😎
One of best guitar albums in history or rock and metal
All their albums are top tier. No question.
Just listened their every album in one sitting🤘
I love every LoG album :3 and great job man!
The faded line is nice then right into Omerta... Solid riffs all around on this album
Hate Crew Deathroll
An Ocean Between Us
End of Heartache
The Oncoming Storm
Acendency
Crisis in Utopia
Fortress
Alexei Nopalev agree with an ocean between us
Hate Crew Deathroll is definitely a killer album, definitely.
Follow the reaper
Any early bodom album I'd be happy with, but I'm definitely partial to follow the reaper. +1
Ocean Between Us, Ascendancy, and End of Heartache? You and I got the same taste Metalcore, my friend.
You sir may have the most bada$$ sleeves I have ever seen. Well Done.
Thanks for the love. Keep up the great work!!
Lucky you, 31 degrees? I'm in Texas. It was 38.8 here today, and I work outside all day. Great video :)
Nobody slays harder than Jamie.
That was highly enjoyable! LoG is one of my favourite metal bands. It's tough to say which is my favourite album, but Ashes of the Wake is right up there! VII: Sturm and Drang is also great, especially after what Randy has been through. What's your opinion of Chris Adler leaving?
