hey y’all a few notes about this video:
-the manga i was talking about around 16 minutes was “even though we’re adults” by takako shimura
-again i apologize if some of my opinions were repeated, i tried to edit the best i could but these clips were filmed over the course of like a month

I’m the chaotic one with lots of pictures at 5:18! Those bookshelves were built-ins and had a strip of wood all the way down that cut in front of the books. I was trying to avoid it in the pictures haha. This was so fun though and made me feel so good and I loved seeing everyone else’s collections too!!

Ahh thank so much for this I loved it so much! So nice and relaxing to watch.
For Sand Chronicles, 1-4 is relatively easy to find however when you get to 5-10 that’s when they get harder and more expensive. I’m pretty sure there’s some random volume like 8 or something that’s still in print but everything else is oop.

Loved the video it was so nice and cool to see everyone’s collection. I saw some manga I could possibly be interested in too! Regarding someone saying you can start at part 7, I would recommend watching or reading all of the jojo parts. They are all good and I’m not really for skipping parts etc. That’s just my say on the matter. Great video as always tho :D (also 🌼)

Awesome video, thank you so much for taking the time to react to everybody's! Your read of my tastes was actually pretty accurate, although I've had trouble describing what my tastes exactly are because I feel like I'm kind of picky? But your description pretty much summed it up so thank you for putting it into words haha! Also yes, Natsume is my favorite anime series and one of my favorite manga series, but I don't really agree with what that person said about it being like Komi? Like, it doesn't really feel like Natsume's going around "collecting" yokai friends or whatever, I'd say its more like an episodic story where Natsume learns to open up and make friends through meeting lots of yokai and people with heartwarming stories. I don't know, nothing about it rly feels like Komi to me, so don't let that discourage you from trying it! Due to it's episodic nature, and the fact that the overarching story develops pretty slowly, with not much action, it's not a series for everyone, which is why I would definitely recommend the anime to start, to see if its something that you like (although the animation in the earlier seasons is a little dated, but it gets better as the series goes on!). If you're into relaxing, heartwarming stories that will probably make you cry (not always sad tears lol) then I think you'll like it!
Sorry to go on such a long rant about Natsume! But I also just wanted to say that you're one of my favorite manga youtubers, and I can just tell that you're a really nice person! I follow you on instagram too and I seriously get so excited every time you post to your story! Your videos are always so fun to watch and I love hearing your thoughts on series, even if I haven't read them. Thank you for reacting to my collection and being so nice, it really means a lot!!

Yes Pandora Hearts by Jun Mochizuk is a really hard to find series. That took me a couple of years to get the whole collection.
Ps it's totally fine that some of my volumes are a little hard to read. That one you tried to read is a little confusing to myself as well. 😅

If you are ever in the mood to read or watch any isekai series i recommend "the rising of the shield hero". I love fantasy/isekai series and the rising of the shield hero is definitely my fave. Along with re zero UwU and loved the video as always 💕

hmm shojo manga? my favorite is lovely complex but that one is out of print, so for some more accessible ones i would recommend my love story and kimi ni todoke, i'm also currently reading high school debut and i'm liking it a lot so far :) sorry my shojo knowledge is not more extensive lol and ty for watching

i'm glad you enjoyed it! and regarding otomen one of the characters is extremely tr@nsphobic and the whole plot premise rubs me the wrong way, it's supposed to be like commentary on gender stereotypes but it is done poorly imo

Hi it's Poumy, the Death Note all in one is pretty okay, you just have to be careful not to open it up all the way so you don't ruin the spine, it does make reading it a bit harder though, so I would recommend just picking up the singles or the 2-1s! Also my desk used to be so messy lol

1:17:08 aaah that's so weird it feels like my collection is so much bigger now. I highly recommend Heartstopper and She-Ra, they both have really good LGBTQ+ representation :) And yeah, you got all the Promised Neverland characters' names right lol. I really liked seeing everyone's collections!! 🌸

When I saw D Gray Man I got really excited because I've never heard it be talked about but I read the first omnibus for it and I really enjoyed it and I'm currently trying to collect all of D Gray Man
Also I see a lot of manga that I really want to get in this video (especially the Tokyo Ghoul collections, they make me so jealous because I can never find volume one at the only bookstore I can get manga from ;-;)

Definitely watch Natsume's Book of Friends...I have seen over 500 animes in my lifetime and Natsume is one of the very very few I've rated 10 out of 10 ( I mean, there is multiple seasons but if they are not 10, they are at least 9). It's incredibly beloved series in Japan but the west is sleeping on it (in that aspect it's a lot like Yowapeda:')).

I've read as much as what is available online translated for Kurosagi Corpse Delivery Service and it is very good in my opinion. Its a slice of life horror with a slight overarching plot and I am very sad that it is out of print and I am pretty sure that it'll never be fully translated :(((

🌸 Had this on and off in the background; this is an enjoyable video! In terms of actual non-manga books, I recently read The Remembrance of Earth's Past trilogy (which starts off with The Three Body Problem) by Liu Cixin and highly recommend it if you are interested in sci-fi with hard science! It has a lot of fascinating philosophical, political, and technological implications and is altogether pretty eye-opening and thought-provoking. Although fair-warning, it's not particularly character-focused because of its huge scope :)

🌺 I think it‘s true like you said, that publishers from other countries publish more niche titles. I collect mostly German manga because it’s cheaper for me and especially because I almost only read BL and there’s a lot more in German than English. I think that the English publishers only publish really popular titles and not a lot of one-shots. When I count only my German BL’s in my collection it would be like 200. I’m so grateful for the German publishers to publish them. 🥰

i would say maybe watch a little bit of the anime to see if you like the concept but the manga is 100x better just for the art alone,the artist boichi is amazing sometimes i just find myself staring at the panels
OK SO for the teasing master Takagi san part is a like above story of junior high schoolers so if you like a cute love story I recommend it!!🌹
