Sphagnum needs to be trimmed back almost weekly. It will fill up a terrarium if you don't beat it back. That aside, try terrestrial Utricularia in this setup, they have the little orchid-like flowers and they don't mind the sphagnum trying to take over.

i love this channel and find myself recommending it a lot. because i'm dutch and did not know how to pronounce, i used google translate to listen. i believe the name is "michikusa-chan" but i'm not sure if the "neru" is also part of the name or if its more explanation about the channel (like "Koke terariumu senmon"). please help me pronounce this correctly when i recommend it. :)

you can introduce springtails into the terrarium to control mold growth or allow air flow into the terrarium once in a while. normal potting mix is not recommended for carnivorous plants like drosera and vft. when in doubt, sphagnum moss is your best bet.

Can this plant be made into an airtight ecological bottle?
Drosera rotundifolia is possible, but sphagnum moss is not suitable for highly airtight containers.
