riot should made her ultimate skin like this when her ultimate is at level 1 or before she learns her ultimate, she would be indie seraphine upgrading her ult to next level would give her the option to turn into rising star when her ult is maxed, she has the choice to turn into superstar dying will reset seraphine back into indie, but she can turn back into rising or superstar

Her lore is badly written and is practically a spit in the face of Zaun and Piltover's conflict by saying "oh if they just open up their hearts and listen to my music there can be peace" Seraphine is a character made for a skin line and was poorly made in every way.
