@Gracie it means you don’t have enough iron or you don’t eat enough protein and it will make you feel sick and really tired and nauseous sometimes but it is “fixable “ which means if a doctor did a blood test to see if you had anima then they would give you iron pills to take every day until they say you’re good because you can also keep eating more protein and all kinds of food has iron or protein in it even cereal does that’s how I fixed mine but I still have to make sure to eat properly because it can come back ( I hope this helps )
