Thank you. Haha, there's even football shirts on there somewhere, plus handmade decorations, charity shop decorations, gifts, crackers, sprouts! :D It's the first year it doesn't go with the living room colours though, but I don't really care! :)

Would like to know what equipment you used to record these Christmas songs. I play in a shared room where the acoustics were very good until it became overcrowded with various hobbies and cushioned furnishings. Would love to reclaim the lost reverb, even if it is synthesized, without spending too much. Any advice would be appreciated. Might be something other viewers would be interested in if you have not already covered this. Thank you for all you do for us novice folk that play for the sheer enjoyment of it!

This is superb thanks...I have a question though. My Clarke Original "D" whistle is finally here. Should I spend some extra time learning to read sheet music and then tabs? I would like to be in the position in the future to be able to play anything I feel like and not depend on tabs only that might not be in "D" to start with.
If you read tabs, you can play on any key of whistle. You just follow the finger patterns as indicated and can play the same tune on multiple keys of whistles, you'll just play a 'transposed' version, so to speak. You'd then need to use the key of whistle that matches the key of the backing track you want to play with. Reading sheet music is always an added bonus, it'll give you more flexibility in the future to play whatever you want to, but you won't be able to play everything on a D whistle, as you only have certain notes available on a D whistle. I don't read sheet (bit I don't use tabs either). I find it easier to play by ear.

I love when you wear your hair that way and nothing says I love you more than when you wear it that way... Haha! Oh Holy Night is one of my favorite Christmas songs. And it was my mother's favorite also. Our pastor would sing it every Christmas... It was his most requested song and one of his best performances. And this is one of your best performances and most beautiful videos. So much color and I love your sweater and star earrings. Next time can you get just a little bit closer? Just kidding... your camera distance is just perfect. If you get any thumbs down don't pay any attention to them.... They are probably just like the grinch and just trying to spoil your Christmas. I can't help it, I just LOVE Christmas. So much joy and the perfect time to give to help those who need it most! There are so many people in this world that don't even get a glimpse of happiness, through war, famine, poverty, homelessness, illness, loneliness..and so many other hideous things, that I can't help but feel immensely thankful for what I have. I wouldn't dare dream of complaining.

All the notes are the same for all tin whistles?
