Listening to this work over coffee while my parents discuss about to divorce. Nothing more chaotic and serene for a Sunday morning.
Heart-wrenching things will come up in life. Divorce, death, turmoil. There's more suffering in life than serenity, but we battle, preserve, conquer, center ourselves, and endure for the meaningful moments of life.
Don't blame yourself, just become a more well-rounded, competent individual, and the good things in life will come with time. Take it from a 33 year old male that use to be 16 year old with lots of anxiety

I wish my parents had got a divorce i mean my mom raised me and my 3 sibilings all alone because my dad was useless he would only yell and torture us until one day he left and he is still a burden to us because he is still legally not divorced . we are all broken he did his damage it is kind of too late for anything really , so most times divorce is much better than staying together for the kids
