Either take a top laner mid to out sustain early or a mage with stuns ahri is a great choice into sylas. You also need to stun as he is using e2 bc he is animation locked.
I didn't even know he's being played top, usually he gets demolished if he isn't used as a counterpick into cho'gath, malphite etc. Lich bane is good for a stronger early game, and into squishy teams. ROA is if you want to beefier, good vs a bit tankier comps where you can't oneshot people, but forced to go into extended fights. Luden's and rocketbelt are bad imo, so I never buy them myself on sylas
This guy is not playing way to scared (viktor), he is playing stupid but not scared, i would even say he played too bold, btw this amumu outplay was neat xd

After you put 2 on w you should put one in 1 to Q, the slow and dmg increase a lot with 2 points than u can continue maxing w ✌
