The fact you called him finegan rather than foil males me feel uncomfortable. Though they call arms Connor in the video.
I’m not sure what I should call him if they’re calling Conor, Conor. Lol. I hardly ever hear him called Conor. Haha
@@laurenconrad1799 I'm not sure, I guess you could call him Sean as he was the one that said it so there wouldn't be confusion with the other Sean. Foil, arms and hog are probably easier though.

PSA: It was used correctly in this scenario, but it's not always "Conor and I". For example, "Sean told Conor and me to go over there" is correct. You would never say, "Sean told I to go over there," so you shouldn't be saying, "Sean told Conor and I..." It's subject vs. object. Yes, I feel the tingle, and yes, I'm single. 😅

Why was it confusing in the show?
@@frolickinglions Because it's so brief and felt like it was part of something I hadn't seen (I didn't see this show live). Long after, in one of their Patreon livestreams, it transpired it was just one of a row of such in the show (the others are not included in the recording, which is why I haven't seen them).

Fun fact: English just doesn't know what to do with the remnants of its case system when coordinating noun phrases. Both subjective and objective pronouns can generally be use in coordination if the other noun phrase could carry the non existent case assignment, if I recall the analysis correctly.
