This is not even 10% of kala pani. Here, in this prison, they can play, they can walk around, and there are many other stuffs while in Kala pani they can't even see the sunshine and Britishers' cruelity with our freedom fighters was incomparable.

Not all were freedom fighters, savarkar was British agent who provided national intelligence info to British and also he received pension for his service for them. He was a traitor, first he cheated the British by planning against them, he was put into jail for that, then he begged for mercy hundreds of times, wrote 6 mercy petitions to british and then promised to work for them which was against the nation. Then he was released by British.

I studied about Guantanamo Bay prison.. during 9/11 attack in America.. the authorities of America put the attackers in that jail i.e. talibans where the prisoners were denied legal protection.. Even US officials were not allowed to visit the prisons at that time..
