THESE are the things we came to Alaska for! Fresh, Alaskan grown food for our family table. Joe is taking us dipnetting in Alaska's Copper River! This is our first year dipnetting & it was a SUCCESS. Our family loves salmon, we grill it, smoke it & can it! Salmon is so good for you...loaded with fatty acids and Omegas...it's a power food. Perfect for our Carnivore diet. We're also pressure canning homemade beef stew & I'm introducing you to our newest homestead animals! Cheers...
MOZZARELLA CHEESE CRISP TACOS:
Each taco will need 1/3 cup grated mozzarella cheese.
Place 1/3 cup cheese in a circle on parchment paper on a plate. Microwave for about 1:30-2 minutes. Keep an eye on it & don't let it over cook. When the cheese turns from white to orange, it's done. Remove the cheese & quickly place a kitchen spoon in the center of the taco and fold it over the spoon handle into a taco shape. Hang it for a couple of minutes to allow the shape to set. That's it, stuff it full of your desired meat & toppings! :)

I am a widow, lost my hubby of 50 years a few years ago. I love watching your shows!! I bought me a couple of your puzzles, which I love and can’t wait to get them put together. FVO (fever of unknown origin)my daughter stop gluten and for her dairy because of Allergys,she has had very positive results ,we have to detox regularly,I like what you are doing, I agree with you submitting to a disease is not the way,alot of illness at times is the attitude not being a victim

Hi Tina… it’s Loretta . We chat about bible verses and readings, I also told you about my Mum recently being taken into intensive care due to a nasty bug that started in her gut. Well she tried to die on me 3x. It has been a hell of a rollercoaster that I’d never want to ride again with her. Tina I am so happy to tell you our lord answered our prayers and I brought my mum home 10 days ago ❤❤❤. I’ll share something with you..while she isn’t a daily religious woman when she woke from the coma her first crying eyed words were “it’s so beautiful there in heaven Loretta it’s so peaceful “ but she knew it wasn’t her time.
On another note I have a specific diet also due to chrohns disease….please take a look as you seem to having all the symptoms xxx sending love from England xxx

Thank you for sharing. I've been watching your last few videos. I about cried hearing all of the symptoms you've been having - we never knew. I'm sorry you're experiencing all of that. I literally had all of those symptoms (some still), had doctors tell me I just need to calm down - thought I was going crazy. FINALLY found a functional doctor who did several indepth tests. I have low immunity and extremely depleted in minerals. I was also diagnosed with hashimotos 12 years ago. Eating Paleo now. Still have anxiety and insomnia on and off and it's been 3 years.. so frustrating. You're not alone. Thank you for being real

Okay I'm only 7 minutes and 8 seconds into this but as soon as I seen the thumbnail and the title I was so excited❤ having family in Alaska and then knowing your lifestyle and how both you and your husband are both tough as nails , i figured this video would be made at some time ...... Tina, that's the best news I've heard all day, so happy you are feeling better! That Salmon makes my mouth water, so healthy for you. I wish they would take red dye #40 and so many other bad ingredients out of our foods. It says a lot when other countries will not allow imports of American food products due to all the chemicals. Back to the earth simple fresh, whole foods is the way to good health. I've heard good things about the carnivore diet, and with time adding more foods into your diet is the way to go.
I had hyperthyroidism and ended up taking the radiation pill to kill my thyroid. HOWEVER, I really regret it all and wish I had not let them scare me into doing it. You are doing right doing what you are because I attribute a lot of the problems I'm having now to that and regret it all. I hope you find good answers and help for yours and you arenot rushing into anything life changing for you.

I have to hand it to you and admire you so much. Wish I had half your skills . The way your going after your Lyme naturally. I would never be organized enough to try that. I did want to say the other doctor doesn't seem so nice. It's so important to feel like your doctor is on your side and that you don't just feel like a number. The natural doctor seems so nice and caring and understanding. It's stressful enough just going through something chronic you don't need extra stress from someone who is suppose to be helping you. My husband and I decided that carnivore is the way to go to give your body a boost in healing. Our biggest goal is to eat seasonal and eat what we can grow or raise. Mass food production is in my mind is why we have most of the illnesses we have. I appreciate that you are honest but at the same time don't let others shame you.
