@susiecateth If you keep practicing you'll get better. You should have seen my first attempt at braids. I was proud of myself at the time but they looked terrible compared to what I can do now

I started doing med/large knotless and then I ended up finishing with regular box braids. Now I have a headache . I was using my beeswax but it was turning goopy....but in the end it came out ok. I just need a good wax/tamer for my roots. My head is small/average size and my density is medium so when I tried the bigger knotless it didn't work too well.... I didn't want the actual braid to be too clunky. I still wanted some flatness
