He's on TH-cam with the channel display name "Clawhammer Banjo" and he also has a video of his version of this song. He has a tab available as well, but his fairly large tab collection is behind a paid subscription. There are lots of good free tab resources out there, but I don't know where else to find this song specifically.

That's a nice banjo. I have an AC-12 FL, which is basically the same but fretless. Good playing as well.
